Absolutely apalling experience with this company and their employee called Mono. I called them during daytime to open an inside room door lock. I was told the charge was 45 Pounds. The locksmith arrived, said it would cost 185 Pounds. I said that was too expensive so he started to negotiate at 150 Pounds. He said he would check the price with his company for the price and pretended to text on his phone which he didn't. I needed to get into the room so said yes. He made no attempt to avoid damage but started to drill a hole. It took 3 minutes. He then asked me to pay 190 Pounds. I said but you asked for 150 Pounds. He answered if you pay 200 Pounds I put a new lock in and fix the hole. I rejected and insisted on 150 Pounds. He left behind a mess. During the entire interaction he was rude, dodgy, pushy, trying to push me to pay more. Horrible .Do not use this company.

Ruben came to my property today and fitted new locks on all of my doors. He was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend the service more!

Raul was fantastic - he explained exactly what he was doing, made sure he caused minimal damage and was overall very professional. I would highly recommend Raul for his professionalism and approach to getting the job done - definitely a credit to his company!

Pure scam, not trustworthy. Please dont use this company. They add up costs starting from 69, adding 150 for the job another 140 for the lock or change/damage and then another 100 another 50. You end up asked to pay 600£ for the simplest job… and also sign a paper to confirm you agreed to pay this beforehand and you agreed to pay the amount. Please don't sign this, report them. Call your bank to refund you part of it if they can as you just fell victim of scam.

Similar to many other reviews I have seen about this company, they lie about the price, not mislead but directly lie and then when you have no choice e.g. they have already destroyed the lock to your house they reveal ridiculous charges for new locks.

The man was very impressive and got me into my house very quickly.

I rang and within 10 minutes he came.

I am 100% satisfied with the work
that he done for me.

I would use their service if ever I am liocked out again.

I was told it was £55 to resolve the issue but once I was in the price very quickly went to £300 and then they were trying to charge me another £500 for the lock itself. The actual lock price is £75 with other locksmiths. An awful company taking advantage of people who are locked out of their homes and need help quickly. Will never use them again.

Ruben has been super quick and I eventually had to wait 10 minutes only.

Awful. Was told £50 on the phone and when the engineer George arrived he told me it will be £180 to drill the lock. I said I wouldn't pay that much for a 5 minute job, I was then asked how much I would be willing to pay, which I said £100 he then put VAT making it £120. After drilling the hole in the lock straight after he told me it would be £1000 pounds for a new lock. I was confused and shocked said I do not have 1000 pounds to spare - he said well you can't leave it unlocked a women by yourself. I knew 1000 was ridiculous and told him to leave.
I got a new lock within the next hour and they charged me £130 .
STAY CLEAR OF THIS MONEY GRABBING BUSINESS

After I called them, the company person was polite and said they would reach my address by 20min. I got locked out of my house. The guy arrived on time was polite and gave me a good price. He did his job within 10min , that's including the new lock for the door. Can definitely recommend to try this company.
