I rang at 10.30 on a Sunday morning and they were here within the hour. Changed the barrel on my lock and realigned the door. Great service and I would definitely recommend them

I thought my keys had been stolen - in fact they hadn't, but - late Xmas Eve morning, I phoned a 24 hour locksmith who then called to cancel, so I called this company. In very short order they turned up, replaced the front and back door locks on a like for like basis and provided 5 spares. The first thing the locksmith said when I opened the door was 'Happy Christmas'. I was expecting the cost to be something like £400, but in fact it was £261.60 in full. I do not consider this a waste of money anyway, as the old locks were pretty knackered and the new ones open as easily as a knife cutting through melted butter

Quick service, very clear upfront on what everything would cost. The engineer arrived on time and did an excellent job. He even adjusted my front door lock, on top of replacing the lock on the conservatory door. First rate.

Promt attendance,efficient and clean. The job was done quickly and i am very happy with the new lovk and price.

He was prompt, and tried to resolve a very difficult lock malfunction. After two hours, made us secure and left, promising to return next day. This he did, and spent a further 2hrs solving the problem. A vrey skilled technician...unfortunately didn't get his name, only that he was Spanish. Thoroughly recommend him.

I had already had them out for my front door lock , came out of hrs was happy with the job. A few weeks later my back door patio handle came off in my hand so called them again , they came out that same day, gave me 2 choices of handles it came with 4 keys, so was happy.

The prompt response to call out and completing the jobs. The entire process took no more than two days which I find very commendable.

Absolutely terrible. They quoted my flatmate £190 “just to show up”, plus £50 to drill his lock. But then Invoiced him WAY MORE and charged him £315. Not only were they liars and scammers, they were rude to him on the way out of the house as well. Never use this company

Absolute scammers. Doubled the agreed price. Probably isn’t even legal. Trading standards are being informed.

Cancelled them after seeing all their reviews and they still turned up at my door demanding a cancellation fee. Put their foot in my doorway so I couldn’t close it after asking them to leave. I had to threaten to call the police if they didn’t leave my property. They’re con artists. Avoid at all costs. Intimidating and harassing people won’t get you anywhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Website says no hidden costs, won't charge you for the most expensive parts if not needed.
Well it's all a lie, came out and wanted to charge me top end , when I said I couldn't afford it I was told there would be a cancellation fee. Not wanting to pay a fee for nothing I ended up having to pay a fortune for the job.
I have now looked and cannot find anything on their site that me too a cancellation fee, so I was essentially bullied into paying for an overpriced service.
Stay clear of this company, I urge you to use a trustworthy company who won't rip you off. I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night.

Had a guy out to fix my door as it would shut perfectly but not lock. He was unable to fix the lock, said a part would need ordered for next week, which is fine. Since he's left I've noticed the door has not shut, there is a gap where it is not flush with the frame for half the door so the cold is coming in and I'm left with a door that won't lock (as before) and now won't shut properly.
When I phoned to say this I was told nothing could be done until Tuesday.
How is this an appropriate response to a 24/7 company? To leave a door worse than how you found it?

Scam artists.

The chap that came out under quoted to get the job (it was very deliberate). He said total price was £107. He did the job as i agreed to the price and then doubled the price on completion (plus vat). He tried saying he only quoted me for parts and not labour and he thought i knew I would need to add vat on.
