The person who fitted our door lock was very good

I am very happy with the service received from this company. They were very professional when they attended my recent lock failure.
My only gripe is there is a hole left in the door handle of my patio door where they had to drill into to gain entry. At the time I never noticed this but I feel this should have been sorted at the time or mentioned, otherwise a good professional service.

We were in trouble with front fire door,the lock smith came promptly had everything he needed to fix the mechanism it works a treat thank you 🙏.

They came out very quickly to make the back door of my house secure, returning 3 days later to complete the job.The locksmith was polite, explained in detail what they problem was and gave me two options. I would recommend this company.

Pros - Out within the hour, locksmith talked us through the issues at each stage, no obligation to commit on replacement parts required, saw the job through to completion.

Cons - Pricey

Turned up promptly fixed within 20 minutes. Very clear on price and no extras. Turned a potential bad day round.

I locked myself out of the house and went straight to google where I found 24 locksmith, I called on a Saturday about 3:30PM and got the confirmation they can come within an hour. I waited outside and in about a hour the locksmith showed up and he started immediately to work on the door and managed to get it opened. Very professional and job really well done.

Arrived within 30 minutes. Door unlocked & new lock fitted, engineer helpful with advice to maintain lock etc,

Kinda feel like I’ve been conned? Whilst the ‘locksmith’ came quickly and completed the work (I’d locked my keys in my flat) he went straight to drilling the lock and wouldn’t tell me how much it would cost as he needed to see what was inside, and of course by the time he’s drilled the lock and I’m inside my flat he charged me £750 total for the work. Whilst I appreciate it was 20.00 on a Saturday this feels extortionate for what took the man 30 minutes. An expensive lesson learned…
