There is a problem to get the item

Can't give you more than two stars as I still didn't get the items which should have been delivered by April 28 (!). You offered me a discount foe that, thank you, but the items were a gift which were supposed to be presented on that day. I'm still waiting, but started to think of requesting the money back. Hope you'll manage to deliver within a week

I've been a customer for many years and…

I've been a customer for many years and I am always happy with their services.
This was the fist time that the packaging was a little "beat up".
Fortunately all products came in perfect condition.
I will buy again in the near future.

Not the same as the photo

Not the same as the photo, didnt have the coloured stripes, i wouldnt be mad but it didnt say that the image doesnt have to match the image, so i bought it on your website for a bigger price and it didnt have them.

Orders arrive quite well packaged

Orders arrive quite well packaged. Prices differ significantly from other stores. 24MX/XLMOTO is much cheaper. There is one misunderstanding, but it's most likely a manufacturer issue. One package arrived in a torn box, but I didn't see the point in returning it because it was well and well packaged.
I give it 5 stars. Packages arrive quickly.
