POD is such a genius system!
We recently subscribed to 24seven's latest POD service as our business was badly affected by COVID-19.

POD gave us the ease of working from home. All my staff are connected 24/7 and we are thinking of using this even after covid now!

The best online shopping experience ever!

After searching for almost 5 months for a solid telecoms company, I found 24seven on the 8th page of a google search by pure luck! This is my honest review...

Where can I start!
Ok here goes. Well, I've been working very closely with 24seven.co.uk for the past 4 years and have to say in one word, these guys are pure geniuses. I am so glad I actually found them.

When it comes to telecommunications, there are loads of businesses that talk the talk offering this that and what not, but 24seven actually make it happen.
They have enabled me, coached me and given me the confidence to expand my business in soooo many ways that I could never think about!
My business competitors are actually jelous of me! Some have even had the guts to ask me what service i'm using.

The best thing is that they are super cheap! Well for now anyway but once you are a customer with them, they promise the best prices! Want my advice? Become a customer with them now and they will give best prices! (You will not regret this. Trust me)
The best thing about this company is that VoiP, international calls and mobile network calls and service is so effing cheap!

They have set up a superb service 10x better than the top competitors out there such as o2, EE, Vodafone (just to name a few)

Another great thing, these guys are super reliable. They have almost 100% uptime. I remember I had 1 problem 2 years back, I told the friendly British team (no overseas dudes) and they legit sorted the problem within 3 hours. No waiting around days for an engineer to come and help. All the help is done there and then on the spot! Any ups or downs and they are just a call/chat away.

I live in Italy and it's been many years since I'm dealing with 24seven and from the first moment I found a willingness and kindness that, believe me, I have never encountered with any other company. I would like to find the right words to describe kindness, availability, professionalism, honesty and more but I really can not find the right words. I simply recommend 24seven to everyone and I wholeheartedly hope that this "small but big" company can become more and more known and important, maybe, one day, at the same level-apart from the current telecoms giants. Very easy to deal with. They provide very good customer service and products to match.

Having been a client of this company between 2008 and 2020 If I’m honest I always felt like I was treated like nothing more than a number on a spreadsheet. The service and rates were fine but it was clear that you were an instrument of profit and nothing more.

Furthermore some mobile networks do not connect to all of their number ranges and so if you have an 08x or 09x number from them then you might find that up to 20% of your customers calling from a mobile phone could not get through as some may hear a “this number is not recognised / this call cannot be connected” message although it depends on the number range/prefix you have.

Therefore unless you can live with what could be up to a 10-20% decrease in call volumes from your advertising campaigns then in my opinion I’d say you should consider using a large network like BT to get your numbers from instead.

I've been using 24Seven for a few years now. Was a little unsure about using them at first as i had never heard of them. But I was wrong, totally wrong. They are Perfect.

I switched from another provider and since day one I've had no problems at all. No downtime, no faults, nothing wrong at all.

The prices are very good. While they might not be the number one cheapest company out there, they do have UK staff who can speak English. No overseas call centers and for me that is a massive plus too.

All in all very happy and can't see myself leaving them anytime soon.....

I've been a client of 24seven now for over 10 years and can't say enough how good they have been and they have provided me a number of services and the staff are always polite helpful and get things done quick but properly for you. David Alex and the others are a true cut above the rest, you can trust them for all you needs for services to your needs and payments. I've always found them very honest and you won't find a better network for your devices in the UK. Would highly recommend to everyone. Not one letdown in over 10 years.

24 seven is an excellent company, small enough that you feel valued as a person, not just a customer, but big enough to provide the services you need. Very human company, and very friendly, The director, Dave is always on hand to help and replies to my emails at weekends! I'd definitely recommend 24 seven to anyone who's looking for a good, uk based company for their communications needs.
