I don’t even want to give 1 star, but unfortunately that’s the lowest option. It has been 3 days and my withdrawal is still pending. Every time I try to contact customer support, I only get automated

I don’t even want to give 1 star, but unfortunately that’s the lowest option.
It has been 3 days and my withdrawal is still pending. Every time I try to contact customer support, I only get automated robot replies with no real help.
This is very disappointing and feels untrustworthy. I strongly advise others not to deposit money in this app.
Compared to this, apps like Betji are much better. This is a very bad experience overall.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT - 288WIN SEIZED MY 10,000 PKR WINNINGS

My User ID: [اپنا ID]
I deposited 500 PKR and won 10,000 PKR fairly. 288win deducted ALL my winnings citing "multiple IPs".

The truth: I only used my home WiFi and mobile data from Faisalabad, Pakistan. I NEVER used VPN. They returned only 500 deposit but stole 10,000 profit.

Their support refused manual review even after I offered CNIC + selfie verification. This is theft.

Attached screenshots as proof. Stay away from 288win.

They confiscated my winnings + savings for fake "multiple IPs" reason. I only used PTCL WiFi + Jazz data from Faisalabad.

They returned 500 deposit but locked it with 1x wagering. Support refused manager review even after I offered CNIC + selfie verification. This is theft.
