Love the community!

Love the community aspect of this program. Not only are you feeling the burn after day 1, but you have a support group cheering you on to do your best. The videos are easy to follow and there is enough variation to keep you coming back for more.

Love it!

I received my board a week ago and I’m totally obsessed with it! The Pilates machine and all the little details are so cute (I have purple color machine).

Until the moment it was delivered—which was actually very quick—I wasn’t sure it would come as expected, and at some point thought it was a scam 😂but I was super happy to see that everything arrived as promised: a waist trainer, Pilates socks, and loop bands, also the attachable handles.
The workouts are super easy to follow, and I already feel my arms getting stronger, even though I’ve only been able to work out 10–15 minutes a day. So far, love it!

Avoid at all costs

Delivery was promised within 3 days of purchase - in reality it took 3 weeks and that was after following up with customer care team to raise concerns with tracking number and if I was ever going to receive the order. Quality of the board is ok but not worth the money.

In terms of videos, you have to activate your free trial which then turns into a paid subscription (£39.99 pm) without any authorisation being requested. I have now been chasing a refund for over 1 week with no success - apparently management have to approve this and they are, of course, taking their time to do so. During this period I’ve yet to be able to access any videos and instead are bombarded with emails from the ‘28pilates community’.

Do not buy this product or anything else from this company.

SCAM! Do NOT trust this company

This company took my money, NEVER delivered the reformer board that I paid for, and now is giving my credit card company the run around to try to get out of having to refund me!!! What an absolute heap of trash this company is, and everyone who works there. This place is a scam, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

The quality of the product is not worth…

The quality of the product is not worth its cost and even says free 30 days subscription. And start charging you on the subscription without your knowledge even if you use or now. I never subscribed for one and just got to know by seeing the credit card transaction which was charged without my authorization. When I ask fro refund refuse to give refund for the amount charged.

This company is a scam

I really wish I could give this company zero stars. Avoid them at all costs! They are a scam. First, they promised that my order would arrive in three days, but it took two weeks instead. When I received the item, it was defective, so I asked for a replacement. They agreed to send me a new one, but a month later, it still hasn’t arrived. When I checked in with them, they claimed it would be delivered soon and even provided someone else's tracking number to brush me off. I finally requested a full refund because this entire experience has been frustrating and it seems like my package is never coming. The only time the tracking information updates is when I mention a refund, which they are refusing to provide. This company is definitely a scam!

Great Videos, not so great quality on product.

The product was received and I was so excited to get started. I love the concept and the workout videos provide clear and detailed programs. My issue is the quality of the board, on the 3rd day of owning using it for 20min/day only for the workout videos the metal rings used to attach the handles to the board fell off during my workout. Since then the rings are continuously popping off during workouts even when I snap them back in place. I reached out to 28pilates regarding this issue and they advised to “just use pliers to snap them back in place” we will not replace the product. I have done this step continuously however the metal is so weak they continue to pop off the board during my workouts. I love the concept, love the videos, but very disappointed in the quality of the board itself.

The board is low quality for the price

The board is low quality for the price. I emailed customer service notifying of broken parts a few days after I received the board. They asked me to send pictures/video of issues and then did not respond after I sent them. When another piece of the board broke, I emailed them again. This time customer service responded saying it was outside the 30 day window and that I could buy and extended warranty for 49.99. ***I have only had this board for 2 months. I did give 1 star because I really liked the app with workouts and the community. I was able to work around not being able to split the sliders and did get some use out of the board. It was nice while it lasted but VERY LOW QUALITY for the money.

Purchase review.

So after seeing so many ads of this 28 pilates in facebook, I was convinced to buy from them.

I’ve just opened my package now and realized that it was incomplete. There was no waist trainer included and the recipe book did not arrive. Additionally, I was charged £39.99 for a subscription that I did not authorize. I haven’t even accessed the trial! I did not even know that there was going to be a subscription because it was not mentioned in the website and there was not even an option to opt out. This is quite sneaky and deceiving.

This is a purchase review. I have not tried the board or the exercises yet. I have gotten in touch with customer service and based on their reply, I will edit this review.

Just finished 28 day and I loved it

Just finished 28 day and I loved it. You can combine as many workouts as you like. I combined, 90 day, 28 day and a 17 day. Definitely see changes quite quickly. I had an issue with my order and customer service sorted it quickly. I would say the board is a little cheap feeling and looking as it crunches when you stand on it. However, it seemed to hold up well so far. The only real issue I really have are the resistance band handels are a little uncomfortable.

Not FREE shipping for US as advertised!

I have been looking/researching the pilates reformers for a while. I wanted to purchase one from the US rather than Amazon, I was very excited to see 28pilates was out of Chicago. I started my order including a discount code for 1st purchase and was so excited to place my order, until I got to checkout and there was a $9.99 insured shipping cost added and I could not remove it. I contacted customer service through the chat which was unavailable, it was during the business day and no one was there to respond!! Very frustrated, I sent an email asking about clarification on this as it was advertised "free shipping in the US" 28pilates responded and stated I may believe this is misleading but it is just part of the cost of the product if it is damaged during transit, nothing else. I found another product from another company with much better reviews, HALF THE PRICE, better customer service and free shipping in the US as advertised. Not trustworthy from the start, spend your money elsewhere!

Don't waste your money

I bought the pilates board with 90 day bootcamp for ~£109 - a month later I am charged £39.99 to continue to access the 90day classes that I already paid for. If this isn't a scam I don't know what is. The board is also flimsy and creeks a lot (I'm chunky but not that chunky at 70kgs) - tbh I didn't expect top quality for the price point but considering the subscription is ridiculously expensive for what it is, I regret not buying a more expensive board and then watching youtube videos for free.

Fraud Pilates

28 Pilates has horrible customer service and do not do right by their customers. 28 Pilates applies fees to your account within authorization. Then insists they are unable to return the fee. Please beware of this company if purchasing an item make sure to keep your card on lock or change the card altogether.

Very Positive Experience

I've been fortunate to have nothing but a very positive experience with 28Pilates! Customer Support has always responded quickly and resolved my issues, including a missing waist trimmer and a request to extend the trial. The 28 Day Challenge workouts are amazing! They make you sweat and work all parts of the body in short, doable workouts! The cherry on top is the wonderful support I receive from the trainers and my peers in the 28Pilates community. They helped me make it to the first of my finish lines...the 28 Day Challenge! As a result, I've lost 3 lbs. and 3 inches thus far. I love this program so much that I am going to continue with it to further my weight loss/fitness goals, my next challenge being the 90 Day Bootcamp. I definitely recommend 28pilates!

Terrible customer service

I ordered my pilates board on May 2, 2025. It never arrived. 3 weeks later still no board. So I get a message from 28 pilates that says I'll be getting 15 dollars back and a free board. Apparently the purple board was sold out. They never told me that. Then an instructor named Michael emails me and says the pink is sold out. Would you accept a purple one. Im like sure. Just want to get started. Well the purple one never came. Again I reach out to customer service and get the usual. We are sorry. Its on the way. Still never arrived. So it took from May 2 to May 30th to get my full refund. I have no board, I do have access to the workouts without a board. This was the complete worst customer experience I've ever had. I think they just wanted me to give up so they could keep my $$$.

Really poor quality & faulty, fail to uphold their policy for returns, shocking customer service

BEWARE BEFORE BUYING… There are many other Pilates boards available from reputable business. So my advice would be to shop with a business that delivers the quality, service and policy adherence. 28pilates doesn’t do any of the above. The quality of the board is really poor. The one I recieved was both damaged and faulty, but also the overall quality is very poor and not in line with how it is being presented pre sale. They are refusing completely to arrange a refund and now I have to take this to UK trading standards and recover my funds via a case with the credit card company. Shop around and find alternative options!!
