slechte service

Jammer dat de optie "geen ster" niet bestaat, 1 is nog te veel. Het product dat ik bestelde bevatte de verkeerde onderdelen. Als ik daarvoor mail, krijg ik geen gehoor. Daarna via de chat wel, maar een vervangproduct krijg ik niet, dus de jarige kon fluiten naar haar cadeau. Hoe kan dat eigenlijk dat er gewoon de verkeerde dingen in steken????

Wat jammer dat u een slechte ervaring heeft Het is vreemd dat het de verkeerde onderdelen bevatte. Normaal gesproken zijn de producten gecontroleerd en correct.
Door omstandigheden is dit nu niet goed gegaan.
