Despite expected delivery on website was 1-3 weeks, and payment was deducted immediately (not upon dispatch). After the automated order confirmation email, there were no updates from seller. Emails and phone calls to customer service were responded with auto-replies. After a month with no news or explanation of non-delivery status, a complaint was eventually filed with the payment company. Then only did the seller send a cancellation notice (probably forced by the payment company).
