Refund policy
I was purchasing via the web and because of software problems I accidentally purchased the item twice. This put me in the situation of having to ask for a refund. I was dreading this because recent experience with web purchases is that it is as hard as hell to get a company to reverse.
I rang 32 spokes, straight through to customer support, and they just did it! They made it seem so easy!

Purchased some OG rimpact inserts
Purchased some OG rimpact inserts. The 32 spokes Website had an awesome amount of info on the product to help split hairs between the pro and original models. Delivery was fast and product amazing.

Excellent service, communication, postage and freight.
Only reason for missing the fifth star is i have a mullet and they don’t stock mullet kits. So would have had to purchase 2 single rimpact pro’s at a higher price than the paired kit.
