The level of customer support is superb. When I have a query, there is a fast response, and they are patient to explain to a non-techie person what things mean. They also follow up to check you are happy before they close your support ticket. They are also pro-active. Wonderful.

34SP are not cheap, but their customer service is excellent. The coverage is great, the features decent, and they are yet to make me wait more than an hour for a support reply. I have been with them for more than 10 years now and heartily recommend them to anyone who wants their site hosted in a good environment.

Just had a very good experience with the service at 34SP, so I was inspired to finally write a review. I've been using 34SP for hosting my websites since way back in 2005. Can it really be that long?? I've checked... yes it is! I've done various things with my websites over the years - migrating, adding subdomains, updating PHP, adding SSL certificates etc etc. and I sometimes come across various issues that I can't fix by myself. When I've reached out to 34SP I've always had these issues identified, explained and quickly fixed by the support team - they really are very good. I highly recommend them for their support! Good job guys :)

I have used 34SP for years for wordpress hosting. I recently had a reasonably complicated migration to do - migrating a site from another provider and splitting into sub-domains which were hosted with different providers. The support staff at 34SP responded to questions usually within minutes (including once on a Sunday); they understood what I was trying to do and they got it all working really quickly. Support really doesn't get any better than this.

Signed up, was contacted immediately by both support and sales team to get me set up and find out what made me sign up.

The support team were REALLY fast, very attentive, highly skilled and did exactly what I asked (transferred an existing site and domain, set up an SSL certificate, created a test/preview site, checked it was working OK, pushed it live). The whole process has taken only a few days (with extra delays by me) and the whole team have been exceptional.

In addition, for giving my praise and feedback, I was given an extra month free hosting. More for less is really possible! What a service.

I used 34sp.com over a decade ago for hosting and they were excellent then but have clearly spent the intervening time focusing on how to improve.

You know this company if you are looking for someone to host your site are absolutely amazing. Most professional,courteous bunch o guys ever. They answer every query like lighting. So impressed with this company. Cant recommend enough. I wasn't paid nor do I work for them but if you want an honest review ..then there ya go folks..

Just wow. Dialled the number. Number was answered within minutes. The agent (James D) was knowledgeable, said he'd look into the issue, fixed it within an hour, and then contacted a few days later to make sure everything was okay. Such a contrast to most other tech support experiences.

I am new to 34SP but so far my experience has been great... particularly with regard to having a UK-based team available by phone who have been most helpful to people like me who are not web-design experts. Very good customer service, reasonably priced.

I've been using 34sp for wordpress hosting for years now. I'd describe myself as fairly incompetent and by no means a 'valuable customer, but quite honestly that's not how 34sp have ever made me feel. Their cs is incredible. I've been walked through all sorts of issues (of my own making) and never once felt like an idiot or an inconvenience- and I'd be willing to bet anyone reading this has been treated like that by other companies in the past. They are quick, helpful, fix the problem as soon as possible, and while there may be cheaper hosting I just don't see myself switching. If you're more ambitious than your wordpress knowledge actually warrants, give them a go - they really do help you look good!

I was first told about 34SP by a friend who used to work there so a pretty solid recommendation. Fantastic offering, price point and support. Can't be happier.

Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. Every time I have needed support it's always been fast, usually within a couple of hours.

Unrivalled support. I've used numerous hosting companies in the last decade but no one compares to 34SP. No more waiting for days for tickets replies like I used to, I have a solution in minutes. I often speak to the same few people too which is nice. I can't fault the service so far and have moved a number of people across to their services too.

Really good company, very helpful whenever we've had issues and you can call them and speak to someone local which I like.

34SP is a great hosting company. I must admit they are not perfect and in the past, they have had problems with their email service. No hosts are perfect! But 34SP are getting up there with perfect.

Their level of knowledge and care superb. They are quick to respond and are proactive in sorting any technical issues that they feel they can fix for you. They can consult on tech issues also.

Their professional hosting is good too. I have created and used WP websites, HTML websites, Divi websites and these have performed well on their servers.

34SP goes the extra mile. They are professional and steady. And steady is what you need for a reliable business website. 34SP are by the far - one of the better-understated hosts in the UK. I would highly recommend their pro hosting. I have been a member since 2007!
