Had been on the lookout for Assioma DUO pedals for a while to add power to my cycling activities. Found 360Cycling and the price was the best I could find, there wasn't much in the way of reviews and they were showing pre-order, dropped them and asked when they would be available, they got back promptly and said an order was due. I had an event booked for the 28th April and it looked like I could have them by then. They arrived today (12/04) only a few days after ordering.

I'll probably look to get SPD Pedals eventually and will definitely use 360cycling.

Ordered a pair of Favero Assioma DUO pedals from 360cycling - these were well priced (below RRP and the best value I could find in the UK). I was kept up to date when a customs delay meant these were shipped slightly later than anticipated (but were then shipped 24hr recorded delivery), excellent service.

I wasn't sure about ordering from here as there weren't many reviews from other customers online, but I went ahead anyway and I wasn't disappointed. I got the product I was looking for, at a good price, delivered the next day.

I made a mistake on the shipping address (my mistake), and had to call them to get it rectified before it was dispatched, which they did without issue.

I'd happily order from here again.

This was my first-time shopping with 360Cycling and my experience of their customer service has been superb. My order was delayed only by a few days and all along they kept me informed of the progress of my order with regular email updates. The product was very competitive with other suppliers but the big difference is the value added that they give with their excellent service provided. I will certainly be buying from them again. Really impressed with the level of support given on a purchase of Assioma power pedals I made, I was not in when they got delivered, driver rang me up and asked where I wanted them leaving, amazed! I do normally worry about being in when items are delivered so this really helped.
