Sent an email query to 3D Autokeys, response was received quickly the next working day, engineer was great, fixed my troublesome remote key in minutes, excellent service, well priced and importantly not delayed in anyway, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Waited in all day for an agreed visit. No one showed up!! No phone call/text/e-mail to say they might have a problem. I wasted a whole day. Shame as I have used then tywice before (hense going back to them again) and not had a problem. They came back to me the following day and explaned the problem was a wrong phone number, I accepted this to an extent but it transpired the correct number was on their call register. Anyway they sorted it and were most appologetic and I did buy in the end. I would still recommend this company. Generally the service is very good.

Excellent service and value for money. Saved me hundreds compared to the dealer for a spare car key.

I telephone 3Dautokeys for help with both remote locking key fobs on our Micra. They were able to offer original Nisan keys, after market keys (prices quoted)and an estimate if re programming was needed.

I was offered an appointment the same morning

At my visit the receptionist and technician were polite and professional. In less than half an hour the problem was diagnosed as needing re-programming. I was advised the keys I had were serviceable. I saved money and re-programming was reasonable.

After more than 6 weeks the car remains trouble free

What impressed me most was his professionalism and personable manner. He explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely straightforward. The technical work was flawless, and the key works perfectly. In fact, I like the new Audi-style key much better than the original plastic Ford one.
It's a rare pleasure to find someone who combines genuine technical skill with such a warm, helpful personality. James is clearly very good at what he does, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work.

I bought a second hand Volvo XC60 2012 with 2 remote fobs. One of them was very slow, had to press several times to work the doors etc.
Went to 3D Auto keys at NG10 0BE off junction 27 North.
Jordan one of the technicians so friendly and Curtious sorted it in no time, it was only a small job and charged accordingly, no rip off merchants here.
We sat in the reception area, a kind lady from the office brought us a coffee while we waited. What a lovely business premises.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone who has problems with the remote keys or require another remote.

My car needed a new ignition barrel and I was recommended to use 3D AUTOKEYS by my local car garage. I was quoted a great price and our technician Jordan M was fast, friendly and did a fantastic job. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought my Mini Cooper convertible a week ago and sadly it only came with one key. I emailed loads of companies for quotes and all but two said they could do it - apparently my key was the last of its type before Mini changed it to a smart key fob and was difficult to get hold of. I went with this company as they were the cheapest and had great reviews. The chqp was here a couple of hours and explained the process as he went. Very knowledgeable, polite and professional.

Great service all round. I ordered a remote key replacement through the Nottingham branch.
Good communication and customer service from Paul, who did the initial quote and appointment booking.
On the day of the booking I received a call about 30 minutes before arrival. The key replacement was carried out by Jordan. Once again the customer service was excellent, completing the new key in around 15 minutes.
I would definitely use this service again.

Contacted 3d autokeys after being let down by my previous local key guy.
After speaking with the company a date was set for 2 days later.
Technician shane came out and the job of a new casing and recoding spare car key was completed quickly and professionally.
Shane was very professional and knew what he was doing. Managed to sort both keys out without any problems. Couldn’t be happier with the company or technician.

I managed to lock my only key in the boot of my Audi Q2. After the limited response from the AA the night before failed to get in with what was a glorified coat hanger, I called 3D Autokeys the next morning, who were at my car in 45 minutes, and then professionally and safely unlocked it via the lock less than 30 minutes later. An excellent job, well executed and at a very reasonable price. Would heartily recommend.

Brill service from start to finish. Ellie was lovely and super helpful. I wasn't going to make it for dead on the app time called to confirm was going to be slightly late not an issue. Upon arrival the 2 technicians I had dealings with where also extremely friendly. 1 new key fob and my key re-programmed all within about 30 minutes.
The price was amazingly reasonable at the side of kia and was I sorted within 48 hours of my initial call unlike kia who couldn't fit me in till July.
