I dont often leave reviews, but from start to finish they have been great. Billy was polite and very knowledgeable quickly cut and programmed the new key. I will always now recommend these guys. Thanks again for your help!

Incredible company. The lovely lady on the phone couldn’t do enough to help me after I lost the blade to my key and the technician who came (big shout out to Billy!) was just fantastic. I had tried another locksmith who was an absolute waste of time and clearly had no idea what he was doing! However Billy sorted me a new key and checked it all thoroughly, sorted within the hour of him arriving 😁 wish I had just called them first!!

Tiras was so efficient cut my key and coded it . Worked brilliantly I only booked them in the morning came same day really couldn’t be more pleased highly recommend

My Technician was Lewis Jepson who cut and programmed a spare car key for me, me was efficient, pleasant and did a swift job. he fully tested his work and left me a 12 months guarantee, I recommend.

Perfect experience! Emailed for a quote for a spare remote key for my car. Great price within 15 minutes. Rang to arrange a booking which they managed to sort the next day. Engineer (Lewis) turned up as expected. Very quick, friendly and professional service. I will certainly use them again. Keep up the good work...

Lewis Jepson came to create a new key for my daughters 2007 car, an older model. He arrived and was very polite. HE started working on the key but realised that the blade model that he had was slightly wrong. He went off keeping me notified with a phone call of his progress and returned within the hour that we thought it might take for him to rendezvous with a colleague who had the particular blade that he needed. On his return he set back to work and eventually, using a newer key pad, than originally thought, (the original model of key for the car was a tedious so and so) he had the job cracked and we are now the owners of a spare key for the vehicle. Thanks Lewis a job well done. He was also very apologetic, though not necessary, about the delay. I know have peace of mind that we have a spare.

My car key broke and I had NO WAY of gaining access to the inside. I searched google (as you do) Got a company out this morning who basically destroyed the lock and charged me £102 for something I could have done myself. They promised to sort me a replacement key, but after destroying the lock... Told me I would have to wait until next week, leaving my car unsecured.
I then searched and found 3D AUTOKEYS who came out within the hour and the technician (Lewis Jepson) had my replacement car key fully programmed in his state of the art workshop on wheels, very promptly and with an understanding and a professional attitude throughout.
Can't thank them enough!

The engineer (Lewis Jepson) arrived on time with a very pleasant demeanour. His attitude to the job was exceptional and treated everything with respect. Phoned up Thursday morning after my wife decided to wash her car keys 🤦‍♂️, lady on the phone was great and arranged Lewis Jepson to call round that afternoon , he sorted out a new key there and then .

Superb service from start to finish for a replacement car key and fob.

Have been putting this off for nearly a year due to the hassle I thought it would cause - couldn’t been easier with 3D Autokeys. Populated the online form, was contacted by email within 24 hours with quote and availability of technicians.

On the day Lewis - who was excellent - called to say he was 30 minutes away and the whole job was completed within half an hour. Key tested, all worked perfectly.

I called 3d Autokeys as the ignition barrel on my car wouldn't turn all the way in order to start the engine. Alex from the Annesley branch came out with a new barrel already built up around my current keys. Unfortunately it wasn't the barrel at fault but the switch unit behind the barrel. Alex ordered the new part and came the next day to fit it. All with no call out charge. The work was carried out quickly and professionally. The communication from the company was also excellent. Brilliant service, thank you.

Very few firms supply spare keys for Volvos - they are rated as particularly difficult to supply, also expensive, so I was grateful that 3D Autokeys could do it. The key took more than a month to arrive, but 3D were very helpful when I had to change the appointment date, twice, due to urgent medical appointments, and when technician Glen came he was friendly, efficient and informative. The key itself works fine and looks very good quality - much better than a previous aftermarket key bought for a previous car from another company.

All 100% happy . Phoned up , made appointment. They contacted me before they came. Sorted the car and new key .
All now working.
Jay was superb with his work and explaining what he was doing .
End result was a car I can now start.

I had took the online survey to get a quote regarding a spare key. Ellie who emailed me was very understanding with the timing i wasn’t able to do. Within a couple of days, Jay came out to sort me a spare key. He was lovely and did a perfect job. Customer service was spot on, service with a smile for definite.
