In my 78 years of living, this linen bedding surpasses all, even luxury hotel linen in Japan. I am a textile artist showing in the Torpedo Factory. So I know my fabrics. Further, the execution by the seamstresses is perfection. Vicky was responsive and kept me informed of the progress of my custom order. I will purchase again and highly recommend this luxury company. Get it, You are worth it!

The color in real life is soft, natural, and very refined. It doesn’t look flat or artificial and works beautifully with both neutral and warmer tones in my interior. What I love most is how easily it blends into the space while still adding depth and character. It looks even better than I expected based on the photos.

Ordered a sheet early October 2025. Received an apology from Sarah the customer care manager for the delivery delay & she offered to send me a set of tea towels as compensation . The order turned up eventually after lots of chasing on 15th December. Minus the tea towels. An employee Kate stated that as they were lost then I was not entitled to them “under the standard process”. When pressed offered a gift card for £20 with a link that did not work!!
Definitely a company to avoid!

A minor measuring error was instantly fixed for us and new curtains sent immediately. Great curtains great material great blockout. Great customer service and help. Love the linen.

The samples reflected a wide variety of colors and values. this allowed me to really test which one is appropriate for the windows. the sample sizes are also large enough for the eyes to get good sense of what an entire curtain would look like.

Ordered xl lined shower curtain. It fits perfect. Quality is great and company kept me informed every step of the way. Would definitely order from this company again.

So far, so good. I ordered 19in deep pocket queen fitted sheet. I now know I can get away with 18in for my next order. The 19in is a tad too big/baggy. It’s challenging to know which size to order because deep pocket fitted sheets vary so much from manufacturer to manufacturer. I will order again and may also try to find linen pillow cases I need. Happy I discovered 3HLinen Inc.

Our windows are unusually tall, and finding the right size has always been a struggle. Being able to order exact measurements was a relief. The team guided me through the sizing process, double-checked the details, and the finished curtains fit with absolute precision. It felt like they were made specifically for our home, because they truly were.

Arrived quickly, I bought the forest green. While it’s pretty it’s not as dark or deep as I would have expected. I would not consider it forest green. I do still like the color though. I had some issues with finding a liner in the right length but 3hlinen has been great and helped with a solution.

Keep in mind if you are looking at their products and don't proceed to fully purchase they will ring you and demand to know why you 'abandoned your order'.
