I’m very impressed with the quality of the linen sheet I recently ordered from 3HLinen. The fabric feels wonderfully soft yet substantial, with a natural, breathable texture that makes linen so comfortable. The craftsmanship is excellent—well sewn, with attention to detail—I ordered 19 in deep pocket...it's a little big for my mattress; next time I will order 18 in deep pocket. After washing, it softened even more while still holding its shape. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely order from 3HLinen again. Thank you

I believe the best indicator of a company is how they treat you when things go wrong. It is easy to receive glowing reviews when everything goes right. Well, I had a problem with an order.....I ordered the wrong size curtain. Kate bent over backwards to make things right. I will definitely order from 3H again.

Kate was amazing in helping me correct an error I made in initial order. You don't find her level of customer service much anymore and I truly appreciate Kate going above and beyond to resolve the problem.
I've purchased 3HLinen lined drapes in the past and the new order will complete my bedroom. Their quality is exceptional and I highly recommend them.

Buyers beware: I placed a £400 order from 3H Linen took 4 weeks, arrived creased in a dirty plastic bag, poor quality & wrong lining and sizing. Offered only 5% refund in compensation. Deeply disappointed.”

I Custom ordered a sheet set which I understand takes time, but it was nearly short of a month before I received it. Tracking information did not update until literally one day before arriving.

For the price of these sheets (comparable to high-end brands like Pottery Barn and Piglet which I have purchased linen sheets from before), the presentation was completely underwhelming. Each item packed in stiff cellophane bags and all stuffed within a plastic back wrapped in tape.

The worst part was opening the package to see a stiff fabric that was not pre washed (despite the company saying they did. I had to empty my lint trap FOUR times and could have made an entire set of sheets from the excess pillage) and also had these weird white stains all throughout which even after washing are still there in some spots.

The company paints itself as an American-based company with clever wording, but is indeed overseas, so just beware if that's a concern for you.

Now, the sheets themselves fit very nicely and have some really nice seams that make them look a bit more distinguished than most others. The customer service team was also very helpful from the very beginning and offered the choice between an immediate refund or a replacement at no cost. I opted for the refund since I was apprehensive of what I would receive and how long it would take to arrive.

Overall, I will not be buying again, but wanted to leave an honest review for anyone looking to make a decision on whether or not to purchase from this company.

My off-white linen panels arrived and are beautiful. They are well sewn and the fabric is stunning. They added so much to my living room that I purchased more - this time for my bedroom. I couldn't be happier!

For my bedroom sliding glass door I ordered sky blue grommet curtains backed with white cotton and an off white S-curve sheer. I ordered samples in advance and worked with 3HLinen customer service designers by email and phone before ordering. My curtains are gorgeous. Exactly the look and feel I was aiming for. Exactly the right length and width. Beautiful sewing. High quality linen. Good communications throughout the process. These are worth the price and the time to get it right. I used a hand held inexpensive steamer to get out wrinkles after they were hung - it worked great!

I had purchased a beautiful linen duvet from 3H. The zipper broke, had it fixed locally and it broke again. I ordered a new duvet. The exact same one I had ordered before. It arrived and is considerably larger than my original duvet. Apparently, they changed sizing, but no where on the site does it say "new sizing/measurements". They will not exchange it for me and the banter back and forth has been painfully slow. I thought I found a company that I would be a forever customer of, sadly they lost me.

Excellent company, great communication throughout the process and received two beautiful custom length linen shower curtains.

Perfect Linen Curtains! These is my second time ordering a set of curtains, absolutely LOVE the natural color and the texture of the linen is perfect! The quality is exceptional! I am a seamstress and have made custom Roman Shades and Curtains for my own use and these linen curtains are worth every penny!

22 days to arrive and was $178. It's a piece of material to hang in a doorway, which is hemmed. While it's a nice fabric. My 100% linen bedding has more craftmanship and material, and costs less. Buyer regrets.

I had an issue with my order, but Kate from customer service was very attentive and helpful, and the problem was resolved quickly. The fabric is soft to the touch and the curtains are beautiful—I can’t keep my eyes off them. I bought 4 sets and will likely be ordering more soon. Highly recommend this company!

Perfect linen bedskirts!! It had been impossible to find extra long twin 18” bedskirts with a pleat only at the foot of the bed until 3hlinen!!! Not only were my bedskirts made exactly as ordered but they were expertly crafted from very nice fabric!

The linen is exquisite and excellent craftsmanship. I also reached out a few times to customer service and they responded immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting fine linen bedding and drapes.

These are my go to sheets for the past 10 years. Super responsive staff, well made product that ages beautifully. Don’t hesitate to buy these. The custom work is awesome too - I asked for a wrap around zipper to make changing the duvet cover easier and they delivered big time.

We just had a Pergola made and needed Outdoor Curtains. I wanted quality and not Amazon crap !
I found 3HLinen online and knew this was a quality company after reading about them.
I knew the Curtains I wanted and sent questions and measurements to them. They were prompt in answering me.
I picked out the color and verified all my measurements. They notified me as everything was set, and the price. I paid, and the order went in.
After a few days, I asked them it the could take one of my 66” panels and make it 2/33” panels. They checked with the seamstress and verified indeed they could. A small price add-on was fine. I paid that and the order was continuing. I was updated all along the way.
I received the order and was soooo pleased. Quality work, quality craftsmanship, quality seamstress work. I chose the Velcro Loops instead of the rings. My wife helped me hang them and used the matching tie-backs. We are over the top happy with our order !!!!
