Had nightmare trying to report missing mobile phone .Fortunately/Unfortunately a neighbour found it though it had been destroyed by car running over it though better than stolen and data all lost.But trying to contact 3 was a nightmare.Terrible(A.I) that won't let you criticise (A.I) always changing it to (S.O) for some reason.
Awful - couldn't wait to get away from them
I was locked in for 2 years couldn't wait for the contract to end. terrible service from the get go. I was driving ALONE through France and I had no data for my satnav. called them numerous times to be told its all fine its working well it wasn't. trying to get you off the phone as soon as they could. raised a complaint nothing ever came of that but guess what data roaming charges applied to my bill. even the last few days once the live agent realised he wasn't going to persuade me to stay/renew just said bye and exited chat. and guess what they have just taken final bill and now I have to wait a month for refund. JOKE. I would highly avoid using this service provider at all costs.

Terrible incompetent service
I have paid 3mobile for over 10 years. They are totally incompetent and when I was charged nearly £150, I missed 1 payment which has gone on my credit score. I’ve been paying them since my son was at school. He’s now 25. He switched it to his account and they have charged me again !!!!

My prepay plan is terrible, my internet is too slow and I paid twice last month and until now I didn't receive my money back from 3.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Paid by bill online. the money has come out of the account, Two case ids no call back and not resolved, They has passed it onto CRS to get payment, which I have paid now,But they still owe me as I have paid this twice. Will never uses or recommend after I get my money back.
Rubbish customer support
Purchased €5 topup from anpost, topup code wouldn't work and was told by 3 support that it was inactive. Multiple phone calls to support over multiple weeks and being promised a fix, I've still not been reimbursed. Absolutely useless support staff.
I've been a 3 customer for some time…
I've been a 3 customer for some time and never had a problem up to now. On September 20th I had a text msg to say they were taking down 3G in Hull. Having a 4G/5G phone thought nothing of it. Since September 23rd I've not been able to make or receive any voice calls. Can't contact customer services on 333 as it won't connect, chat also isn't working is at continually states all operators are busy. Does this come under breach of contract?

Awful customer service, staff speak at 100 a miles an hour , don't listen and dont answer the question , if you challenge them they accuse you of being difficult and hang up , took them numerous calls and 5 days to transfer my old number to them leaving me without a phone so I had to pay an extra month on my old phone , 3 eventually offered me a fiver in compensation , absolutely awful experience . Went for a new phone , requested a Pac code and received a final bill for 360 quid for a phone I have never used and only had 6 days , this people are useless and have caused me so much stress , called them and was told I don't owe the money only for them to ask for it again

Tried for over half an hour one Friday to top up on line, something I have been doing for several years with them. Nothing would activate for me to top up using Safari so changed to Chrome same problem. Tried to top up using my mobile would not accept my card details on three occasions. Tried Landline same effect. Went to the office on Saturday and they explained they were having technical problems. Asked to top up in shop but they could not do that. Asked if it would be better if I changed providers and the sales staff said YES and shrugged her shoulders. No working technology, no working customer services and now no customer.

The phone was sent from 3 that I didnt ask for. And I returned it back with prepaid label sent to me by the same person that sent me the phone. And now since February being charged £34 a month for a phone that I dont have. The say they are dealing with it they have a back log of cases.

I have been with 3 for 2 years
I have been with 3 for 2 years. Unfortunately I decided to upgrade to an iPhone 15 pro max and I went to the store and ordered one. I was told that my current contract will be working until I receive the new iPhone 15 pro max but what they did is they have cancelled my current contract and now I’m not able to use my phone at all.
There is no internet service for over 2 months now. I can’t call anyone and I still have to pay them every month on time.
I have had dealt with so many network companies but honestly this is the worst company so far.
I’m stuck with them I can’t leave them and if I stay with them can’t use the phone.When I call the customer service, nobody is able to help me in this situation. Don’t know what to do.
If there was a 0 star option, I would have gone with that.

Been with 3 for about 2 years only because I negotiated a good deal. My wife now has a mobile and I spent ages last night trying to order a SIM card , she only makes phone calls.
I had to give up in the end as I was going dotty. Impossible to speak with anybody and a rubbish menu system when you phone.
3 times I managed to get a sim in my basket but having entered all my details including bank details I had an email saying the order would be cancelled in 3 days.
Then another email saying they were changing my number to the one on the new sim which drove me spare.
It was still in my basket this morning so I cancelled the order and bought one from elsewhere. Same price.
Utter rubbish. Keep clear.
The worst UK service provider
The worst UK service provider. They blocked access to my number allowing a third party to access my data online. I called in to have the number moved over but they refused even when the third party has her own number. But I have used this number above 3 years.
