I am writing to formally express my… Formal Complaint Regarding Undelivered Furniture Order and Request for Resolution

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with my furniture order that was placed back in April and, to this day, still has not arrived.

From the beginning, communication was excellent when it came to collecting my information and deposit. However, once payment was made, communication became inconsistent, misleading, and extremely unprofessional.

I was initially told my furniture would be delivered Monday or Tuesday. After that, Maurice advised me the delivery would take place Thursday. Thursday came and went with no furniture, no tracking information, and no communication.

Yesterday, I spoke with Marco, who informed me that he had spoken with the manager, and the manager had supposedly contacted the delivery company. I was told the delivery company would be calling me directly. I never received a call from anyone.

After continuously being unable to get answers, I sent an email to management. Shortly afterward, someone named Nick contacted me asking how my delivery went, knowing very well I never received any delivery at all. At this point, the entire situation feels dishonest and extremely concerning. Every person I speak with gives different information, no one follows through on what they say, and nobody seems interested in resolving the issue after taking my money.

What makes this situation even more upsetting is that my daughter was recently discharged from the hospital and has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor while we continue waiting on furniture that was promised weeks ago.

I have missed important personal obligations waiting on deliveries that never arrived, spent countless hours attempting to contact representatives, and have received nothing but excuses, false promises, and poor communication in return.

At this point, I no longer have confidence in your company’s ability to fulfill this order professionally. I am requesting immediate resolution regarding my order, including either:
1. Confirmed delivery information with accurate tracking and delivery date, or
2. A full refund of my deposit and any money paid toward this order.

This entire experience has been stressful, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and resolution immediately.

Fraud from A-Z

I really can't begin to explain how frustrated I am with this business. I placed an order on 9/5/25 and I still have yet to receive a tracking number. There have been no updates, no calls, no texts, no emails, NOTHING. They've been holding $3000 of my money for 2 months and they don't even give you a status update. Mind you, I've been texting them, patiently waiting for a response for nearly TWO MONTHS.

Tony is the warehouse manager who promised the delivery would be made in 7-14 business days; it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received ANYTHING. They don't answer the phones on any of their lines, at all, whatsoever. There is nobody to contact, nobody to talk to, nothing.

I have no idea how these guys are still in business, but their customer service is non-existent... Certainly worse than Time Warner Cable or your local Walmart. Avoid at all costs, it's a joke.
