We have been installing Durabase/Durabase + systems since 2019.

The quality of the product is superb, and it has changed the way we run our business, with quicker installation times leading onto higher customer satisfaction rates.

I was initially apprehensive about the system having had the merits of traditional building drilled into me from an early age, however this has now changed.

The level of technical information available to us and as well as the professional service we continually receive makes it very easy to leave a 5 star review.

The original delivery was cancelled due to others. We appreciate the fact that you should be paid for your services. That said....
The order did arrive on the alternative date, the driver was considerate and helpful.
The drawings and instructions were OK.
Took no time to assemble, there were a few minor issues with linning up holes or sometime using brute force to level up one wall.
Bearing in mind we assembled this and it has been wet, there's been frost and snow there has bèen no water damage or rust appear and now the structure is water tight there is definitely no water ingress.
The one criticism I have was the pointing material, colour was not an exact match but will address this at later date.
Generally, we are satisfied with the base, we did enhance the wall insulation with 200mm Rock wool and 27mm insulated plasterboard.

Durabase were responsive when reporting the issue but they were dismissive of the floor we reported in their product which costs around £4000, as such the problem remains unresolved. It is costing us a fortune to come up with our own solution to remedy the fault , has inconvenienced us greatly and caused great mental anguish. The render durabase option was of such poor quality it was not possible for experienced renderers to work with. The product is inferior, render can not be applied to it due the spring in the mesh, even were we to add 100's of additional fittings, the mesh would always be baggy in parts , preventing the render from clinging to the kit. As durabase were of no help, we are having to adapt their product simply to apply render to a building we can not return. Like the other feedback says, stay clear, absolute waste of money and when things go wrong with their product they will not provide any support!

Have just used this system,I found the system a excellent product,as all fitted together perfectly.I had a base wall of 750mm and one wall full height of 2.1m. The technical department was very helpful,and the delivery driver was very helpful too,helping me to walk the goods around the rear of my house.
I would recommend this product to anyone. Thanks "Durabase".

I will never use Durabase again or recommend them to any of my customers.
I used the Durabase wall system and it was so poorly constructed and finished that all the sections were sent back on the first return and nearly half again for a second go.
There's Zero quality control and the boss who personally came to collect the stuff assured me it would be sorted within a week. 4 days later after a call to find out when it was coming back the foreman hadn't even looked at it. About another week later it arrived and still the quality was shocking on several units.
He said he was embarrassed both times but clearly not enough to care about sorting it properly. Even the last lot was barely passable but my customer got sick of waiting. Job should of been finished late June but finished beginning of August due to the delays. Made me look bad but thankfully my client was understanding. Steer clear, there are other manufacturers out there.
