Not only did they send me shit flowers. They charged me in USD. Customer service was terrible. Outright ignored multiple emails after replying once.
I promise take your money somewhere else. Or go to your local park and you could find and pick better quality flowers.

Long story short they delivered the flower to another address with no extra charge. So i had a neutral experience

I’m terribly disappointed.
I’ve been using 416 flowers for years to order flowers to my girlfriend in Canada. More recently i ordered some flowers (i live in the UK). My total price was 53CAD. Instead of debiting that amount, i was debited 53USD. According to customer service, the price changes to USD if i’m using a card from outside Canada. So i ended up paying considerably more. This has never happened and i’m really disappointed at this type of service. I will never be using this company again.

I ordered on line Dec, 31st in notes i said it had to be delivered by 3;30 JAN. 2nd THE VIEWING WAS 4 TO 9 WE CALLED FROM 5 T0 7;45 5 TIMES AND IT DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 8;45 I ordered the best orchid in price and it was colored in the picture they substituted it to a white orchid which was in my opinion poor quality and the last color i wanted I was really disappointed as this was a special relative and i told them i would never use their service again or recommend them,

Edit: 416-flowers has still been withholding my refund after agreeing to do it. The order was very clearly covered as a part of their refund policy. It was not an international order simply placed while on vacation. The store credit was not offered as an alternative; I was lied to, told that it was impossible to have it refunded.
While in Mexico as a Canadian, I made an order over 300 dollars. Upon noticing some issues with it (<5 minutes after having placed it) I asked to have the order cancelled and refunded. They replied quickly very happy to cancel the order. For some reason they took me for some kind of fool and very predatorily refused to refund me to my payment method holding my funds hostage as store credit (despite multiple clarifications to what I wanted). Fortunately, bank chargebacks exist. I would altogether avoid this vendor, and make sure to go to your bank regarding their bad faith practices as they will not help.

Pricing was clear and straightforward: $40 for the bouquet + $15 delivery, coming to about $65 with tax. For the quality and reliability, it was absolutely worth it.
Ordering was seamless from start to finish. A nice extra touch was the handwritten note and a promo code for my next order, which shows they value returning customers.
Because of this experience, I’ll be using 416-Flowers for future occasions

Called me in Sweden from +1 (647) 846-2919 at midnight on a Friday night (6pm Toronto time) and woke me up. Haven’t placed an order since last year so they have no reason to call me. I’m absolutely furious, interrupted my sleep.
Edit: since posting this review, I’ve been receiving several long distance calls from 416 numbers. This is harassment and I will be pressing charges soon.

I ordered two flower arrangements on Saturday for my mother’s 90th birthday today. I was a bit concerned because at 3pm they hadn’t been delivered so I checked reviews and they were awful. However, I was pleasantly surprised when my mother FaceTimed me at 4pm. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exceeded expectation. She was in tears because they were so beautiful. I’m in Australia so it’s hard to know whether flowers will look like the picture but in this case, they were stunning. My mother even said she had never seen roses that big. Very happy customer. The only thing I will say is that the website could be more user friendly.

As a new customer exploring floral arrangements for a funeral, I selected an arrangement that I found appealing. While continuing to browse, I discovered another beautiful arrangement and added it to my cart. I also included a personalized ribbon with a message for the bereaved family. Upon reaching the checkout, I observed a change in the total amount. I then realized I had mistakenly added the first arrangement to my cart. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after entering my payment details. Consequently, I promptly contacted 416 Flowers to inform them of the error, with the order being placed on August 28th. I subsequently emailed to request a refund for the additional arrangement. Although a refund was promised, I received an email explaining that management was on vacation. After sending follow-up emails, I have not received a response and am still awaiting the promised refund. It is disheartening to have to write this. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism, and I intend to share my experience on social media platforms, as it is unacceptable that my money has not been refunded after nearly two months.
