It arrived on time and the flowers were fresh and looked just like the picture on the website!

I ordered an orchid and it was delivered two days late. To make matters worse, it was the wrong one, even a different color than what I ordered. When I asked for a return or refund, they pointed me to their terms and conditions. Absolutely awful experience. Don't recommend this scam!!

I ordered flowers for my best friends 60th Birthday and entered my address in error. By the time I realized the mistake it was Friday evening and I was really doubtful anyone would get back to me until it was too late. I was pleasantly surprised that within the hour I had an email response confirming the change of address as well as a phone call confirming same. That was exceptional customer service and my best friend loved her flowers. Thankyou Toronto Blooms. I had a great first experience.

This was a last minute order for the First day of Spring and Toronto Blooms delivered beautiful tulips that same day. I had inadvertently given the wrong phone number and they called and were very polite and efficient to get the right number and the delivery was made.

Horrible experience. All bad reviews are true, I paid for same day on time and then they placed a hold in the order due to their platform mistake. Once they confirmed the date they refused to deliver.

I have used Toronto Blooms a number of times to send flowers to my daughter. She has always loved them. They arrive at the expected time, and also Toronto Blooms respond to emails straight away to answer any queries. I will continue to use them. Lovely company.

Everything delivered on time. Flowers were gorgeous, my mom really appreciated everything I got from here. Only downside is the teddy bear I selected was the happy birthday one but she got a plain normal teddy and I wasn’t informed on this change either. Besides that, everything was good.

I ordered for my mom for International Women Day and she really likes it: the flowers (tulips) were fresh and beautiful, also they were fresh for a long period of time. I also ordered macaroons and they were delicious!
Communication also was good and it was delivered on time. Highly recommended.

The flowers arrived on time and Laura was home to receive them. So she wasn't the sender, as your correspondence states. Sender is me, her sister, May Conder and I live in Australia. I use her Toronto address on orders so that I can use my Canadian TorDom credit card. Otherwise I am satisfied with your service, whixh I found online.
