Needed full fibre running to the house. This was arranged with Openreach in a very quick time. The lad from Outreach was very good and had it up and online in about 45 mins of arrival.
Nick was very helpful to resolve the issue I had. He solved it in around 5 minutes call.
I was well informed by Kay she was very patient in answering all my questions
The call operator was very helpful and thorough. A speedy response to our emergency.
Shehryar was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He helped me identify my options and helped me close in on a deal.
Good customer service, prompt response to queries, good network
Disappointed with installation, 1st visit turned up late and had to be cancelled, turned up late again on second visit as well. Two lads that did the job swiftly and efficiently. Still navigating the new box and as yet having trouble connecting CCTV to the box as well as gaining entry to the router to change some settings.

Worse than appallingly bad!
Repeated calls about same issue don't get resolved, despite customer service saying it will be fixed.
City fibre can be excellent, so the backbone fibre network can provide a good service.
4th Utility however can not!
You will spend hours waiting for an answers (yes multiple, because they don't fix things!)
Currently still awaiting a refund 6 months after they failed to cancel my service, despite sending an email saying sorry you're leaving, we'll cancel on the day you leave.
I now even have two of those emails, but still no refund of my payments. I had to cancel my DD, because they failed after many requests to actually shut down my account... Despite the emails and reassurances that they would fix it.
Oh reason for cancelling in first place; too many calls to tech support: I had no
'mobile wifi calling' on THEIR wifi ONLY, I live in a dead signal zone for EE mobile, it did however work on my mobile phone on any other Wifi I connected to!
