Terrible service, purchased 3 metres of material (meant to be on a continuous roll) for just under £100 and they delivered 1m worth £30. Even after logging support requests via email and the shop app there was no response.i noticed the material was sold out the next day which might explain why. Avoid at all costs, this company is a sham.

Very good quick service.

Didn’t dispatch my order or respond to any requests as to why it was delayed, this dragged on for a few weeks with no contact at all so I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get a refund.

A lot easier to use than I expected, really good stretch and finished up with a great looking job. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

order 8th sept. still not dispatched. no response to emails, phone does not even dial. website is now showing out of stock on everything. Avoid

You can order and pay no problem.
They don't respond to any emails and no way of contacting them.
I have now reported to the police and bank as fraud

First class prompt service, ordered 16m of carpet and 8 cans of glue. Delivered 7 days later . All good .

As others have mentioned the number on their website is fake. They never responds to emails, sent 4 now with no reply. Carpet turned up but no adhesive even though brought as a package.

Not very professional. The number on the website is fake and there is no way of contacting them after purchase as emails disappear into the ether never to be responded to. I had actually written my purchase off as a scam, however, about 2 weeks after placing the order, it turned up.
I wouldn’t use them again!!

I never received what I ordered. Very disappointed as it was a present and I had to buy it from somewhere else.

Do not use this company!! placed order and did not receive my order and have made several attempts to contact the company with no reply and looking at other reviews I’m not the only one who has received this diabolical service.

Ordered carpet on 31/03/24 , after waiting over a week I had to contact seller to ask for a tracking number as I was fed up waiting in for delivery. I was told there was no tracking provided and 4WS would resend a package, which they did, and to be fair it arrived 2 days later.

This is the 3rd time i have ordered from this company. Delivery is always super fast and correct orders at a great quality and great price. Highly recommended.

The ordering process is simple, and the stretch carpet and adhesive are good quality and do what they are designed to do. The only reason for the 3 stars is delivery times. It took ages to arrive (10 days) almost to the last day of the delivery estimate, and was left on my doorstep in the rain. Fortunately it was still dry due to the plastic packaging. No good If you need it quickly to finish a job. Maybe it's because of the courier they use?

So easy to fit and gives a professional finish. Used in campervan and to line a plywood partition around a sound desk.
