I ordered my rooftop tent on February 13, 2025 and it is now September 11 and I have still not received my tent. They do not return email or phone calls. After seeing others have had the same experience, I may need to take legal action.
Rooftop tent purchased on May 28th with an estimated delivery time of June 2nd. No further updates were ever provided other than the initial order receipt. Attempted to contact the company on multiple occasions across multiple forms (e.g. phone calls, instagram, email, chat on the site) and never a response. The voicemail box is full and cannot contact anyone at the company. Still no update in September and we are now charging back the purchase as a result.
We paid the company $3000 and never received a product. The company is still taking online orders for other customers, despite multiple similar complaints from others in the same position.
I ordered a RTT back in May and was told to expect about 6-weeks for delivery. I sent a few inquiries to them around week 5 to see if we were on track for this... no response. Message them on 7/2/25 (week 8) and got a reply of "let me take a look for you!". Crickets since. Sent three more inquiries for an update, shipping details, expected delivery, etc. Nothing whatsoever. The customer service from this company is frankly the worst I've ever experienced. I have literally sent them at least 6 inquiries through their website, help@ email, info@ email and still have not heard back from them. You would think giving a company $3,000 would prompt at least a periodic update. We're now on week number 10 since I placed my order without any updates whatsoever.
