Hole in a brand new tyre,7 months and no collection
I ordered 5 comforcer 285 75r16s back in December, after paying to have them mounted the fitter pointed out that one had a hole in the side wall caused by a manufacturing defect. It was even circled in tyre chalk when we recieved it but crafting covered by the label, so someone knew it was there and chose to send it out. We contacted 4x4 tyres and they agreed they would exchange it for us.
Its been 7 months now, I chase them.up almost weekly at this point and every time they tell me their courier will be in contact to arrange collection. This never happens. Terrible products, terrible customer service. I will be advising people to stay clear of this company.

First but not the last order.
The only place that sells this specific tyre in this size.
Ended up having the tyre fixed so it was an unnecessary order but keeping it as it's way cheaper than what I paid last year elsewhere.

A preliminary review for services yet to be rendered
Firstly, this is a preliminary review.
I am scoring 4x4 now as I keep getting requests to do so!
My tyres were supposed to arrive on the 26th of May and have not yet appeared.
Neither 4x4 or the courier (DX) seem to know where they are. Not a satisfactory situation.
If and when I get my tyres, I will update.
Tyres arrived 10 days later than expected after a mix up of orders. A frustrating experience but happily resolved. Thanks to Laura at 4x4 for chasing this one up.

Don't bother buying if you need tyres quick
Would give them 0 stars but can not. Ordered tyres over a week ago and payed extra for them to be delivered on the Saturday 2 days after ordering, which faild to be delivered then rang to find out where they were costumer service was great up to this point said it would be delivered the next day but never turned up and now i can not get hold of anyone from 4x4 tyres or delivery company.
