I have been trading with various brokers IG, Interractive Brokers, ProReal Time, CMC, IC Markets etc. The greatest difficulty with all of them is that the initial help to set up the live and paper account, the first funding and withdrawal, etc, is very poor. I was overwhelmed by the help i got from 4XC. Andrei Laza basically held my hand from the beginning, step by step until trading live. It took a couple of days to get me from the first step into 4XC to trading now. During those few days, i was v busy and Andrey was very patient and made himself available when i had a moment to connect with him. I would not have dreamed to get such a high quality support and empathy from anyone in the brokers world...Many thanks to Andrei and 4XC and I hope that 4XC is looking well after their customer facing STARS. Absolutely shocking
I was sold into an AI TO MAKE 10% per month
Its about to crash my account and lose me £2k
Trades have been open on a losing position for over a month and it continually added more losing trades
STAY AWAY
Stop loss might have well not existed .Risk management basically doesn’t exist

I had a great trading experience with 4xc. Andrei's support has been amazing, with prompt replies and help on the issues I had. Spreads are low, and trading conditions allow scalpers and EA trading as well.

I am with 4xc for a while now on a VIP account. Andrei was the most patient and helpful guy ever. He helped me with onboarding, loading the account, demo account opening and guiding me along the way. very time intensive, as I had a lot of questions. after 2 trading days with small gains, I requested a refund trough the portal on friday afternoon. The money was wired to my bank account next monday. so it effectivly took 1 business day for the funds to arrive.

The spreads are usuable (especially on NAS), the liquidity is good so far.

I am a happy customer. Andrei does great work. The service desk answers within 1 business day (email) monday to friday.
