I got a refund from paypal from this fraudulent scammer, I advise all to report paypal to better business bureau with an official complaint. Get evidence from UPS by filing a dispute with the fraud department. Ask them for evidence that you can provide to paypal. They will give it to you after opening a case with them. Ask to speak with an accounts specialist manager at paypal. If your case was already closed with paypal ask them to reopen it so you can upload evidence. If you haven't filed a dispute yet, do so online at paypal.com upload as much evidence as you can with screen shots from better business bureau's website about 50flashsale.com, screen shot the bounced back email from the fraudulent seller, write in detail the information from UPS on where the package associated with the tracking number was shipped from and by whom, write where it was shipped to. Highlight the shipping weight vs the item's shipping weight you should've received. Like I said upload the document receive from UPS on the case file. Threaten them with a lawsuit if they still side with the seller after that. You can pursue a lawsuit it you want to. It didn't get that far for me even though I was prepared to do so. Be persistent, my case was closed 3-4 times with them siding with the scammer. Paypal is dumb, once a seller gives them a tracking# they feel like that is enough evidence to prove you got a confirmed delivery, once it's in your state and city. The thing is paypal knows the seller is a scammer but is covering it up, that is what I truly believe. They are embarrassed to admit that they were punk'd. They realise they would be on the hook for the refund because truthfully they probably can't even locate the "seller". Hope this helps and good luck.....

Same as everyone else. Scam. PayPal does nothing to help.

They robbed me of $125. Never shipped the package and provided PayPal with false tracking number. I filed a claim with PayPal on May 30th. Claim denied immediately. I called and explained it to the rep and she reopened it and filed an appeal... next day it was denied again! So both my claim and appeal were denied. Keep in mind I provided UPS proof that the tracking number was for someone else and shipped from a different company. I don't think they reviewed my documents.

50Flashsale.com provided fake Tracking Number to PayPal. The Tracking number was linked to another random order from Wayfair... delivered to a customer in my area. It was not a tracking number for my order. PayPal thinks it's my tracking number and they think it was delivered to me. I even went as far as providing them with UPS documentation proving that it wasn't delivered to my address.

PayPal doesn't investigate at all! They deny my claim the next day! What else can I do? How else can I get PayPal to fix this? They are not listening. Please help!

I too was scammed ordered on May 29th 2018. got an email June 1 saying it had been delivered to front door June 1 at 607 pm. I have front door cameras, of course no delivery. Ups agreed the tracking number was for another last name and address (different package weight) I sent in a fraud complaint to PayPal and UPS . PayPal declined because the tracking number said delivered. UPS said to take it up with PayPal. I took all the printouts to my bank the next business day and they refunded full amount on my credit card (a very good reason not to use PayPal credit) and opened an investigation. Website has shut down and probably opened with a new name already. Your credit card is protected against fraud. I no longer feel "safe" anymore just because someone takes PayPal!

Thieves! Their website is down completely. Trying to get refund now with Paypal/ credit card company.

So I recently purchased a Fitbit Versa from this business. I was lucky that I used PayPal. I sent it in as a dispute and was denied. However, I contacted UPS about the shipping information and received a document that showed the tracking number was from a completely different company to another address in my vicinity. When I called PayPal to tell them I had the documentation they immediately credited my account. I had to jump through hoops with the fraudulent company, UPS and PayPal but in the end I got my money back. So, good news is I think PayPal has become aware of this fraudulent company and is willing to work it out with the consumer. Be aware that you have to get the proper documentation first! I hope this helps other consumers that got scammed.

Just got scammed on my apple watch. Seller gave fake UPS tracking number. Like everyone else, when called UPS, they had a totally different name and ship address. Dispute resolution has been open with PayPal. Apparently, there are other disputes to this seller from buyers like me.

I was also scammed by them. I ordered a 250$ watch. They sent me a tracking number to my city. UPS confirmed delivery. I called UPS. The shipment originated from Nordstroms and was not addressed to me nor was it sent to my address.

This seller is an unverified seller. Paypal is refusing to honor the claim, saying that they are unable to confirm it.

This is a complete and utter scam.

Complete scam. Same procedure. They sent something to my local Target down the road. UPS would not give me ANYTHING to prove it wasn't my package. They just said, "Go ask Target if your package is there." What a joke on UPS's part. Currently working with Paypal to try and get my money back.

Scam but looks totally legit right up to confirmation of delivery but when you go to UPS to confirm delivery was total not my name and or address on delivery. The email address and phone # are fake and the address given is for a school in NY. STAY AWAY!

Scam!! Do not buy from this website. I was scammed the same way everyone else describes on here. PayPal may be in on it too. This is now a well known scam website and PayPal makes it very difficult to get refunds even though they have got many complaints about this company.

This website is a complete scam! DO NOT buy from 50flashsale.com. They ship out to an address near your area of living to confirm "delivery". Their phone number online is a complete fake. The support email is also fake, it will bounce back to you. I have had to open an appeal with PayPal and thankfully was able to obtain proof from UPS that the item was shipped to a completely different address. You need to persistent with UPS and they will help you if you are nice to them. I am currently awaiting paypal's decision on my appeal.

This website is a scam. The phone number is a non-working California number, the address is for a University in Massachusetts, and the email address is not working. Company will supply you with a tracking number to a package that does not even belong to you which is why is it shows up as delivered even though you never receive anything

Would anyone who has also been scammed by this company be able to share how they were able to obtain the document from UPS, verifying that the tracking number was associated with a completely different package and shipping address? I have tried calling UPS two different times but the representatives were not able to assist over the phone, and have sent an email to fraud @ ups.com (spaces inserted so I can post this) and am waiting for a response. I have already filed the dispute with PayPal, and am working on collecting the evidence to show that the site is a scam.

This company is a fraud and scamming an alarming number of PayPal customers. The company address listed on the web site is on the campus of University of Buffalo. The email address and phone number are unreachable. I elevated my denied PayPal dispute to a non-receipt claim which was also denied, so I called and asked for an appeal. I provided a screenshot of the reviews on this site, indicating that 50flashsale.com is a fraud/scam. I also provided a printout from UPS showing the shipper and recipient for tracking number provided by 50flashsale.com was not related to my "delivery".

Thanks to these customer reviews, I was persistent and successful in obtaining a refund from Paypal. The mode of operation was as indicated in the previous reviews.

Lesson learned.. always research unfamiliar online stores prior to purchasing.

I got scammed too! It looks like a legit website, but I should have known better because of the price I got. I used paypal credit, so hopefully they can stop the funds and remove the charge from my credit account. Time will tell!

TOTAL SCAM! Item was supposedly shipped by UPS 4 days before I even ordered it! I notified PAYPAL that they need to try to contact this vendor as their phone number is disconnected and email addresses are invalid.
