All at once my phone which used still is use ANDROID systems with a phone number I get from my provider 50plusmobiel.nl WELCOMED me in Danish and in Netherlands that I able to use my phone number right away! Systematic "Billing Trap" - Forced € 2,00 fee due to app limitations
I’ve had a terrible experience with 50+ mobiel’s billing system. It feels like a trap designed to collect extra fees.
Every month, their direct debit fails, and the app does NOT show a manual payment button BEFORE the failure occurs. Only AFTER they charge an extra € 2,00 "administrative fee" does the payment button appear.
This forces me to pay 33% more than my actual plan price (€ 6,00 becomes € 8,00) every month. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they refuse to refund these unfair charges. This is a systemic flaw used to generate extra revenue. I have reported this to the ACM. I do not recommend this provider.

Your feedback is important to us, and we will discuss this internally to improve our processes. We would like to emphasize that this is not done intentionally on our part. We process new direct debit authorizations on a monthly basis, and this does indeed often result in errors on the bank’s end. It is your bank that is rejecting the direct debit due to a new authorization. We would be happy to explain this over the phone. Unfortunately, we do not see any contact information listed with your review. Would you please be so kind as to contact our customer service regarding this matter?
