AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY CANCELLED THE FESTIVAL AND HAVENT GIVEN A FULL REFUND. THEY HAVE IGNORED MESSAGES AND EMAILS, AND REMOVED THEIR CONTACT DETAILS FROM THEIR SITE. THEY OWE A LOT OF PEOPLE THEIR REFUND. THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO WATCH DOG AND TRADING STANDARDS.

Many people got crushed and trampled at this Event. No security or crowd management. People put into a military type processing line, lots of people opening the fencing and pushing in creating tentions in the queue, 0 security policing this problem or keeping people safe. 2 crushes happend, 1 outside main entrance to the dangerous queue system where many got trample, another at the main entrance to site where security shut the big metal gates on the crowd of people. The crowd kept growing, they narrowly avoided a disaster. They released a statement that was untrue and will not apologise or address the injured and traumatised. It's also a lie that people without tickets created the crush, that's what they told everyone that showed up later and could not get in. This Festival needs shutting down ASAP

After purchasing tickets for 51st festival & parking tickets we were turned away & told we could not enter the venue because of some stupid people trying to push their way in without a ticket. The people with valid tickets were ushered away & treated terribly with no information or help. Clearly 51st festival did things on the cheap & did not hire enough staff to take care of everybody & keep people safe. I strongly recommend not booking for this festival this year or any other year if you value your safety. The refund procedure is an absolute joke aswel keeping you going round in circles chasing your own hardworking cash. Totally disastrous event stay clear.
