The purchase was good value but arrived late however, the problem was with the courier who not only picked up the purchase late but then held on to it saying it was still in transit so instead of 48 hours it took 6 days still the wife was pleased with the paddle board and as I said the price was good shame about the lousy courier service, DHL by the way.The seller was very polite and apologised profusely but courier ruined my week hence only four stars.

Dont trust Trustpilot they have put my daughters name instead of my name take me daughters name off and where did you get my daughters name from, i bought the Paddleboard.

Awful experience. Website advertises 48 hour tracked delivery and after 2 weeks and 2 phone calls nothing arrived. When it did it was a second hand item that had obviously been returned (covering the previous address label with a white sticker doesn’t work). The box is battered and damaged and has obviously been revealed. I’ve emailed numerous times, requested a return and have had zero response from them. I’m issuing court papers to get my money back.
Scam company - avoid at all costs.

They supplied the wrong pegs and I am still waiting for the returns note to be sent to even though they would email it to me so I can return it to them and get a refund as what I ordered is out of stock.

The heavy duty tent stakes arrived soon after ordering. I am very pleased with their quality and the price was quite reasonable.
