While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

In 2013, we revolutionized email signature management by launching our cloud-based portal on Microsoft Azure. Before this, IT departments were burdened with on-premises administration. Our intuitive, browser-based platform with role-based access empowers marketing and communications teams to manage signatures independently, reducing IT involvement to a swift 45-minute initial setup. This shift streamlines operations and enhances efficiency and collaboration across departments.

"Over 2800+ excellent [probably fake] client reviews"…

"Over 2800+ excellent client reviews" except reviews are directed to go through the co-founder... interesting! Doesn't seem at all biased to me! Seems like it's a company run by hacks. Had an issue with billing and requested a refund, but were denied by the co-founder who not only denied the request, but completely stopped responding to us when we suggested that rather than a complete cancellation, we just wanted to switch to a month-to-month subscription. Co-Founder was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. Liars, frauds, and cheats who essentially took our money and ran. On top of that, we've had no less than 10 issues with the platform in the last year. Safe to say we will never work with Xink again, disappointed as a long-time customer as the platform who has spent the money we have on it. We will not be suggesting it to our partner company who is looking for a new platform, and I will personally discourage anyone I know from using Xink. Trash.

Really terrible

Really terrible. The app did not work for me, required intervention which still did not work. I asked politely for a refund as the service was not provided and explained the issue. I was refused a refund. I explained that if a refund was not provided, I would need to leave a negative review in order to prevent others from making a financial loss. This was the reply I received from the co founder and partner ehich was completely unnecessary and rude following on from our prior communication: What exactly did not work? Your design? Feel free to leave a bad review – We have 1,000 5-star reviews every year, and when I see your bad review you will have my comments and I’ll give your company a bad review. Normally I welcome all clients back – I do not welcome you back! --- After this reply my review went from a 3 to a 0..
