De reklamerer med ét IP nummer med omstilling på forsiden, men når man ringer og vil bestille tager de 5.000 kr. i opsætning samt 199 kr./mdr. for at have en velkomst menu, og tastselv menu.
Sikke noget svindel.
Ingen respons på deres såkaldte kundeservice mail. Har igennem mange måneder sendt utallige mails til dem, uden nogen form for respons. Den ringeste kundeservice jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Den er ganske enkelt ikke eksisterende. Har endda sendt samme mail til deres søster selskab Maxtel - stadig uden nogen form for respons.
Men ellers fungerer deres produkt ganske fint :-)
Jeg fortryder ikke et sekund at jeg valgte at lade mit firma skifte telefoniudbyder til 5tel. Min tid hos 5tel bød på gode priser og ikke mindst god og venlig support.
