Happy with my order

Initially there was a mix up with my order and it took a bit to receive it. However, thanks to their customer service, they more than made it right again. They gave me 2 bonus items, which is greatly appreciated!! Very pleased that I am able to ask additional questions through Facebook messenger, as I am not 100% tech savvy with things.

Customer service also apologized for their error which I appreciated.

8-Bit Trade is a fantastic company

8-Bit Trade is a fantastic company. Let me start off with saying that the gameboy is top quality. I am extremely happy with it. However, what makes me want to do more business with 8-Bit is the communication and dedication that the team has shown. My original package had gone missing but 8-Bit made sure that my system got to me, and even threw in some added bonuses for the inconvenience. They responded quickly and efficiently to me whenever I had an inquiry on the situation and kept me in the loop on what was going on. They made sure that I was happy with my gameboy and the service they provide, and I am! I'd recommend 8-Bit Trade to anyone looking for a retro handheld!
