I have ordered online a few times and always had a pleasant experience.

My latest order got lost in the postal system, when I emailed customer service about it they were really quick to respond and got a replacement order sent out immediately! 10/10 service, super friendly and helpful.

The coffee is so bland. I tried 92degrees 3 times many years ago and never went again for this reason. Today I was forced by circumstance to buy from them again and the coffee is still horrible. I can only assume all the positive reviews are from instant coffee fans. Truly horrid.

Long time regular customer of the mail order service here: every month I look forward to my delivery of beautiful, fresh beans. I've never been disappointed with either the coffee or the customer service. Great stuff and long may it continue.

ordered the product and they didnt send it, didnt confirm tracking, didnt reply to customer email and had to escalate through paypal to get a refund. extremely dissapointed please avoid until they get the fundamentals of ecomm right.

I'm not sure if I got the right grind for my espresso machine. It wasn't a flavoursome as I hoped.

Visited 82 Degrees in Edinburgh. Lovely little coffee shop. Dog friendly which made it even better. Coffee delicious. Cali so good we ordered more online. We are now regular customers online until we’re next in Edinburgh

I love visiting this coffee shop whether for a takeout or to sit in. The atmosphere is so warm and relaxed, with lovely independent artwork on the walls that makes it feel unique and homely. The staff are just wonderful – always friendly, they remember your name and the way I like my coffee to be and this all contributes to feeling like you are really welcome. It honestly feels like an extension of home, just with much better coffee!

I emailed 92degrees to ask what blend of coffee Bamboo buy and they answered promptly. I placed my order and it came super quick. My husband loves the coffee so I will definitely buy it again
