Very friendly and helpful

I needed to contact 99 Homes as I had a problem contacting a prospective buyer. Sagrita was extremely helpful and contacted the prospective buyers who were in New Zealand and managed to forward me a contact in the UK who viewed on behalf of his cousin Patricia on Thursday 2nd July 26. He was contacting his cousin to report.

I asked repeatedly for issues to be handled and actually received a “ha ha”
In email.

In a very slow market I asked what could be done and their reply was pay more money. It took ages to get the memo of sale, sometimes 2 phone calls a day chasing up the agent and when they said at the end of a week they had connectivity problems, that was the last straw. I asked what the complaints procedure was, and had the memo of sale within 30 minutes.

I have had nothing but a negative experience from this company. I have had no choice but to use them as part of the process of selling via my share to buy with Guinness and they have very poor communication skills, haven't listened to my concerns about my listing not working and don't have a clue about the area I live as the call centre is not even in the same country. I think Guinness are lax in using this rubbish company because they're cheap. I still haven't had a response from them regarding the "error 404" code on my listing which is why I haven't had any enquiries. I'll be leaving as soon as the tie on period ends.

Amit is exceptionally profession with handling the sale of my flat. He is very responsive and has great knowledge of the process of the sale. I would recommend him to any seller i the future.

I am very much happy with their service particularly from Harish. This guys acts as a perfect bridge between tenant and the owner and quickly resolved the issues and works and updates us time to time.

Constant harassment over several days even after they have been informed this is the wrong number for the client they actually want to speak too. Still continuously ringing texting me for 0 reason and acknowledging it’s the wrong number yet carrying on. Totally ridiculous company.

Great experience. Available to reply to any query and always going for the extra mile for customer service satisfaction. I will definitely recommend them and use again.

Started speaking to Smith regarding a property in Newbury Park. Communication was very slow, all my questions weren’t addressed. I still put an offer in, the offer was then negotiated as slow as possible and finally when accepted I was asked to email the offer. I’ve waited all weekend and now they’ve received a better offer and told me the property is off the market. Cowboys, I would avoid at all costs!!

Smith Salve was very professional and helpful through the whole process.
