9 yds letting agency has always been very helpful specially when i was having trouble with a tenant who was not paying his fees. They are also very diligent when reporting any issues to them making sure your issue is looked into for a quick resolution, communication is always key in anything and this is something they do well at keeping both landlord and tenant informed.

I received an excellent service from 9yds. Everyone I dealt with did everything they could to provide the best possible service. They are very efficient and their systems set up and communication make everything run smoothly. I have used them for 3 flats now. Using them allowed me an opportunity to advertise my flat more widely but without the high fees that high street agencies charge. And getting all the paperwork done saved me a lot of work too. Although i had to do the viewings myself, I was close enough and free enough to do these so it was worth doing these myself to save the high estate agent fees. Ultimately I was able to get new tenants for my flats and get the referencing/paperwork done for me at no cost at all to myself. I would highly recommend 9 yds.

Using 9yds saved us a lot of money as it dealt directly with our landlady and cut out a lot of estate agent fees that may have applied had we used a different service. Great experience all round.
