A nice alternative to tradional estate agents
I was sceptical at first as I thought the service was too good to be true and must have hidden costs, but I have now completed the full let-only process and can confirm that there were not. The process was comprehensive and painless. There were a few hitches on the website in terms of recording information correctly, but myself and my tenants dealt with Dharminder throughout who provided excellent customer service and dealt with all issues immediately. The inventory app is proving a little difficult to navigate, i.e unable to remove rooms that are not relevant to the property, but hopefully this can be resolved

I'm very happy With the excellent quality of customer service provided by Dharminder Sahota at 9yrds. He is very friendly and helpful and goes over and beyond the expectation.

Excellent service
In contrast to my previous experiences with letting agents, I've been very impressed by the service provided by Rhona and Dharminder. They have been very helpful in advertising my properties and arranging viewings, followed by credit checks and referencing where necessary. Although I've found the website rather confusing at times, Rhona and Dharminder have always been available to help explain and facilitate the process.
As yet I have no experience of the fully managed letting service but hope to do so in the future. I have been very pleased with their tenant finding service and would recommend them without hesitation. The fact that their charges to the tenants seem far more reasonable than other agents I've come across is another reason to recommend them.

Great Service at a Great Price.
I could not believe what a great service 9 Yds were able to provide. The technology was cutting edge but very simple to use. Believe me if I can use it anyone can.
It was also re-assuring to know that there was someone on the other end of the phone if I needed any help.
This was quite simply the easiest Let I have ever done; I had several viewings lined up within one day of my property being marketed.

We were dealing with a lovely lady named Rhona, she was the most helpful agent I have ever come across. Her communication was incredible and any questions we had big or small she would have the answers! She made us feel very comfortable and welcome and we were very lucky to have her as out estate agent!
