Purchased shoes in august. Received shoes two sizes to small. No size tag on shoes. Filed dispute with aliexpress. They deemed the shoes to be within reasonable size. Sent shoes back to return address with tracking with sellers ok. Reunion store (part of AliExpress) claims return address on package was not him even though he is the one who sent the shoes. Turning this over to AG's office & credit card dispute. Probably out $54.00 for nothing. Scam web site.

I buy only from 5 star sellers, no problems

After waiting months for my order and eventually opening a dispute, my dispute was denied because according to them "I did receive my item". My appeal was denied and no refund. I have phoned all my local post offices and this parcel was nowhere to be found. This was my first time ordering from AliExpress and I so regret ever doing it. I will NEVER EVER buy from their site again. They have much to learn from sites as Wish and Banggood with regards to customer care and protection. Shame on you for stealing my money!

Have made about 50 purshases all have been good mainly tools but some tech stuff.Relied on feedback and in the main been happy with products Any disputes have resulted in reimbursement so mystified by bad comments. Products are a 3rd of NZ prices and free delivery although with covid slower

Not worth a star. These thieves mad 22 FRADULENT CHARGES to my card. They never contacted me when I tried to resolve it with them. VERY BAD

order no 8014594275313634 with tracking no RB968887654SG was not received.I waited for 80 days due to corona virus I think.After the end of transaction,I opened dispute and they ruled that their records showed I had received it.I almost cried.Seller never discussed with me again.Maybe when i see it,I will give aliexpress better rating.

I want to let people know about the new scam on Ali express.when you buy they pretend to ship your item and then force you to give them five stars if you don’t give them the five stars they hold your money.i bought from a store NA SLYLE on Ali express they didn’t ship and they refund me on PayPal and ask me to confirm on the app as soon as I did they ask for their money back that they refund me through PayPal.THE STORE NAME IS NA-STYLE ON ALIEXPRESS.

Do not order from them.
It is a scam. I never received my order, and when I wrote to customer service, no action was taken.
Be prepared to lose money and never receive your order if you want to use this site.

Contacted seller and costumer service that its been long with no replay and the problem they already took payment through visa 700USD! I cancelled the order and didn’t get refund! Worse website worst service ever!!

Only 2 parcels lost from an total of 250 commands. Good products at low price. For electronics hobbyists is heaven.

Pendant lamp arrived quickly but my goodness what a fire and health hazard. The whole thing came in a million little parts with a badly photocopied instruction sheet in Chinese. The advertised electrical certificates were not included and the product was unbranded and contained no further identification as to its origins. The lamp is built to carry the electrical current from the mains through the lamp itself - and then further down to the wiring and light bulb. Can you imagine how dangerous that would be? I fear for the safety of anyone who decide to hang this lamp up anyway. Also beware of the reviews on their website. They are all scams as there is no possibility of leaving a review.

Yet another con artist cartel selling cheap off the factory floor products that more often than not don't work, not only do you risk you health and life buying from these untested and often far from safe products, but unlike ebay, and even the god-awful human rights abusing Amazon, they put their dodgy sellers right to exploit before their consumers needs for safety. If you have a YouTube channel with a lot of viewers, that is the only reason you can buy from them with any kind of safety. So if you are an influencer, please be aware they do not treat normal customers the same way they treat you. It's a massive buyer beware. A guarantee, you will lose time, you will lose money, and more often then not, you will end up with lots of useless plastic pieces and fire hazard electronics you have to then figure out what to do with -which means a far greater loss on earnings from the time spent dealing with them, then the savings you initially seem to get.

Used to be OK, now bad suppliers, no quality check, no delivery. No response if not deliverd. Ultimate stupid only robot support drives one mad. Ignoring account language, change to Russian constantly. No reliable platform any more, STAY CLEAR.

Terrible! Got ripped off 3 times by sellers who will not refund me for one reason or another.

I’ve been buying from aliexpress website for many years now, unique items from different shops, lately the shop owners will not engage with you when you tell them a parcel has not arrived. They want you to prove it has not arrived, how the hell do you prove you don't have the item yet. Be careful, I Am sitting with a $85 loss because of arrogance .

Aliexpress seller Insta360 Official Store. I've had nothing but issues with Insta360 One R. 360 lens fogging and voice control not working. Voice command was fixed remotely, but I've had to send my 360 module back to Hong Kong for testing. I don't expect to see a replacement for several weeks. I paid a lot of money for this camera including 1 inch module and accessories back in beginning of June. It took many weeks to arrive and had nothing but problems since. Their support and service is disgraceful. The seller ceased all communication as soon as there was a problem with the camera. It's been a long frustrating and upsetting experience. You're playing a lottery buying this camera. You get a good one or you don't. You won't hear too much about this very common issue from Youtubers because they don't want to jeopardise the chance of getting other products from the company in the future. I strongly dissuade anyone from buying this camera and buying from Aliexpress Insta360 Official Store.

DO NOT EVER BUY. (1) most of sellers do not answer in your customer's messages, or answer after days, bad experience. they indifferent and do not care for customers who send their money to them! (2) most of sellers who have write in aliexpress that send by European countries say LIES!!!!!! i buy some products by different sellers, supposed to be by EUROPEAN country, so without customs & taxes. the one of them told me that i will receive after 35-45 days about. i prefer him due to europe logistics but he send me tracking number by Yun Express by CHINA!!!!!!! second one who write in aliexpress by EUROPEAN country after many days have no dispatched & no answer me. so nobody of them send by EUROPE & few days shipment is a LIE (untruth). (3) they do not respect their customers & AliExpress do not care. aliexpress answer by ROBOT eva all day! no human represantive, so if you have bad experience you will have problems & nobody cares to help you. unprotected customers there. DO NOT BUY AGAIN EVER! prefer BangGood or GearBest or Amazon or Ebay. ZERO STARS

Bad Goods, No Service from AliExpress

Terrible Chinese site that profits from crime. Many of my t shirt designs have been stolen by sellers from China on Ali Express. There is no easy way to have the designs removed unless you want to submit passport scan ID, or divers license ID and other sensitive data to the CCP owned site. They make it easy for criminals to flourish while laughing at the victims in the west who have had IP stolen. I actually hate them for this. Its like they want to hurt the victim - and they do 100%. Never buy from AliExpress - in fact - just avoid anything CCP owned. Support companies with no ties to China.
