Fixed my automatic gear box when nobody else could. Over £1000 cheaper than Audi garage quoted! And not only did Olly clean the car before returning it (to the house!), he somehow managed to get the sun cream handprints off the car which I hadn’t been able to. He changed the battery in the key, which I hadnt got round to. This garage goes way over and above, and with a lovely friendly approach. Thankyou!🤩🤩

Took my car in this morning for a job to be done. Friendly and courteous staff. I was given a lift home, which saved me a taxi fare and my car was delivered back to my home when the work was finished. I very much appreciate this.
Repairs also carried out last year to my car. I was very pleased with the service.

The kindest garage have ever used. Totally trustworthy. The staff and owners wonderful. Being disabled they are always here for me if I have problem with my 21 year old car. Which I dont as they look after it. Cannot recommend them enough

Brilliant service and the rare feeling that you’re not being taken advantage of.

The staff were open and patient explaining the work they were doing, what was essential and what was recommended etc. They gave me options for cheaper or higher quality and at no point made me feel patronised or hurried. I waited while they completed the work in a comfy chair and was given a free coffee. I will certainly be using them again and I would recommend the same for everyone else.

Calling ahead and scheduling a time is advisable as they handle their bookings very well.

Ollie is a fabulous guy, very trustworthy and a really refreshing alternative to the main dealers I usually have to deal with. Buying a £20k car from a small garage 200 miles away I did question myself, but no need! Fab service and care from start to finish. Bought car from A1 yesterday. Genuine guy, genuinely good vehicle couldnt believ it was five years old it was spotless. Service and warranty given as standard. Would buy another without hesitation. Genuine family run business with honest guys. Drove from Nton to Cardiff to see and collect but next time would happily use an unseen purchase delivery. The phrase does what it says on the tin is accurate. Thanks Ollie.

Having been looking for a garage nearer home I came across advertising board for A1 Service Centre. Read their Trustpilot reviews; very encouraging! So I took my Mercedes Ml320 to the garage for an informal chat. Jamie, one of the technicians, very friendly and professional, answered all my answers to a "T". Made an appointment for an MOT plus engine oil flush, new oil filter and oil to also be carried out at the same time. Arrived at 9am, as instructed on the said day. Informed the work would take about two hours. Returned at 11am, only the paperwork to complete.
Jamie informed me my Mercedes had passed its MOT. I was also given an A1 Service Centre Health Check printed report. Again Jamie explained in great detail what could be needed in the near future. Also, I was presented with a Crypton Smoke Analysis printed report. I could not have asked for more information. The oil change was explained to me the work carried out. All the tasks carried out the cost was very fare in all aspects.
In conclusion, my only regret is that I didn't use A1 Service Centre years ago. I will now consider A1 Service Centre as my garage of choice. I would highly recommend this garage without fear of contradiction. Honestly, good workmanship is definitely A1.

Massive Thankyou to Steve,Andrew & Ollie .Had to have turbos fitted on my Rover Rover sport which I’m sure was very challenging,but thanks to Steve & Andrew they got the job done.They literally had to take the whole shell of my car off .i don’t no how the hell they managed to get everything back together again .That tells me how professional they are as a garage.If they are confident enough to do this job I would say you can trust them to do anything .
Ollie is amazing ,sorted me out with a courtesy car & is so helpful .Nothing is too much trouble.No awkwardness or intimidation like you get with some garages.Really appreciate all the hard work that went into fixing my car.would highly recommend .

Excellent customer service and extremely helpful. I needed an MOT done and I turned up and there was someone there to greet me and deal with what I needed. Very quick waiting timing was quick very pleased with whole experience and would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a 100% trustworthy family run garage with excellent mechanics and diagnosis, then look no further. Steve and Olly have been looking after my family's cars for many years and we have always been totally satisfied with their work and friendly sevice.
Today I had a service and MOT. Excellent value for money. New exhaust needed but it wasn't as expensive as I had expected.

Ollie contacted me after a search on the web. Very polite professional young man who was precise in his reply to my questions. He booked our car in for a suspected gearbox problem and engine management light. Within a few hours he had given me wonderful news and repaired the problem with the gearbox. Part of the battery tray had snapped and fallen into the gear box linkage restricting reverse gear and 1st. The EM problem was a sensor. So a fast professional response and repair to our car. In addition an invoice far less than I was expecting. thank you A1 garage you will be our first choice of garage from now on. Also thank you to Ollie for sorting a loan car whilst our car was being fixed.

Had a puncture on the way to work. Rang them and by the time I was there, somebody was already waiting for me at the entrance. They took a car away and asked me to wait in their reception room. After chatting to very friendly member of the staff for 20 minutes, the puncture was repaired and I was off.
