Delivered very good quality labels in good time and great value for money - very pleased. The order was an uncommon size which I couldn't find elsewhere but AA Labels seem to have a vast range.

Eventual acknowledgement of under inking after a struggle, then pestered every day to ammend my review, even though I was on holiday abroad!!
This company have been doing our wine labels for 4 or 5 years. Unfortunately this years labels were a completely different colour than the previous 4 years. I sent a picture of the two labels and was first told the colours were the same, then that old labels might fade (the old label is much richer and darker, its the new one which is very faded and under-inked), then I was offered the chance to buy 3000 more at a 10% discount from the same person who claimed the massively different labels were the same colour.
I am now revising this review, but still far from happy. A manager from the company phoned after I posted my initial experience - she was very helpful acknowledged the big colour difference, explained that the customer care officer had not bothered to look at the images of the actual labels that I had sent him, but had simply looked at the printers proofs on the computer screen. The lady kindly replaced all the under inked labels free of charge.
The problem is that every day since then, for a week, I have been pestered by emails from the customer care agent asking me to amend my review - even though I told him we were on holiday last week - it really is actually more unpleasant than the initial problem with the labels and has negated the good will that the senior manager generated by acknowledging my concern about the labels and replacing the under inked ones!

Thank you for your review and feedback. Firstly, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for the disappointing experience you had with your wine labels. We regret any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused.
We investigated your complaint of a colour variation by matching the control samples we kept from your recent order with your previous order. This is our internal process - the reason we do this was explained to you by the Manager who called you as the colours on the screen can vary. As you can appreciate, internally, we couldn't notice a major difference between the control samples from your recent order and the order from last year. Based on this information, we advised that there were no major differences in the print and offered a 10% discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill.
A Senior Manager contacted you to find out more about the issue you were facing and to see if anything further can be done to help resolve the issue as you weren't happy with the above outcome. The manager explained our internal process and took your comments on board. The images of the control samples were also shared with you and you were happy the samples were a perfect match, however, you felt what you received did not match this. You were then offered a free of charge replacement for the full order. You informed the manager you only had an issue with 1 design and she went ahead and replaced that 1 design for you.
We updated you via email on your order status and also asked if you could revisit your review to provide a true reflection of the service received including a true representation of the facts and the events that took place as explained above. You agreed and then stated you were having difficulties locating how to amend the review on the same day. A customer care agent reached out to you answering your query and provided assistance on how to amend the review. You advised you were still having difficulty amending the review and asked for some assistance. A customer care agent responded once again advising how to amend a review in more detail. As there was no further response, the agent followed up for a response. At no point was it our intention to pester you as we were trying to assist you in your query. Once again, we would like to apologise if you felt this way.
If there is anything else we can do to further improve your experience or address any remaining concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Great service and products
Switched to these a few months back and have been ordering regular as the products and service is much better. They've recently sent an order out on Next Day Delivery for me as I'd emailed them to say I was desperate for it, they didn't even charge me for next day delivery. Great company and products, would recommend.

Awful customer service. When there's a problem, they ignore you!
Labels won't stick onto the item we need to stick them onto and AA labels aren't responding to our request to collect them. I have written over 20 emails and it's been almost 4 weeks to try and get this resolved. We have been using them for many years but at this rate they will lose a valuable repeat busines customer and I have been forced to contact my bank to get a refund. They have falsely advertised. Stickers need to stick. Shame their customer service lets customers down when there is a problem. SORT IT OUT AA LABELS!!! STOP IGNORINIG THE PROBLEM!

We have thoroughly investigated the matter and we are always mindful of the significance of a resolution that is satisfactory for both parties. You were kept up to date throughout the investigation and updated following each step of the process. As the complaint was raised about the product being faulty, we had to thoroughly investigate the matter in case this had a wider impact. After our investigation, we reached the conclusion that the labels were not faulty and it appeared that an incorrect product had been ordered. This observation was confirmed at your end, indicating that the issue lay beyond the functionality of our labels.
We also sent you a summary email before the production of your labels, therein asking you to confirm all specifications, which you did. You advised that you would leave several negative reviews should we fail to replace or refund, which you have done. Furthermore, you offered to remove your reviews if we replaced or refunded your order and we have respectfully declined your offer. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for placing more orders after this complaint was raised; we are pleased to have not lost you as a valued customer.

Highly recommended for custom print labels
We have used AA labels for custom print labels a few times. Customer service has always been great- they have always been extremely helpful with quick replies and customer service on the phone during payment has been great- staff have always been extremely polite. We have been sent samples promptly and the label printing service is fast and the labels have a very professional finish. I would highly recommend AA labels!

Count your lables - undersold and very poor response!
Ordered 6,000 labels in 4 rolls (1,500 on each) back in March but only recently used them all. I completed a full print run on the last roll and counted only 1,200 labels! Poor response from AA and despite a 5-year order history, refused to accept my word, including a screenshot of the actual label count, or fully recompense their failed order. It's important for companies to be accountable for their mistakes.10% discount offered on my next order but I won't be ordering again, will take my business elsewhere to a company that appreciates my custom.

I would like to apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent order of 6,000 labels, on the last roll of your order you noticed that it contains only 1,200 labels instead of the expected 1,500.
You believed there was a discrepancy in the label count, and we take such concerns seriously. However, as part of our internal processes, we requested the roll in question to be returned to us for further investigation. Unfortunately, we were informed that you have used all your rolls and unable to send the roll back, which hindered our ability to conduct a thorough investigation to identify the issue.
While considering that you are our valued customer we offered a 10% discount on your next order. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, it is important for us to carry out an investigation and identify how the issue may have occurred before we can replace the labels.

Easy to order, slight template issue.
Just recently ordered some custom size labels for an A5 arch lever file im using for DVD storage (literally saves up 70% space DVD's take up.
Their website was the only one that had stickers exactly the size i needed. Order was easy, arrived in a few days.
The template for printing onto the label sheets was just slightly off which is you are a bit OCD is annoying. They put together a PDF template to help but the editable word one would be better.
Having said that I get this issue at work all the time using Avery labels. I don't know if this is Windows interfering but label templates just don't seem to work as well these days.

Stickers mis-aligned and no refund given.
Ordered two sets of stickers. 1 which were 25mm circle stickers and the others which were 62mm x 37mm. The 25mm stickers were great and I had no trouble printing them but the larger rectangle ones were mis-aligned on the backing sheet causing the printer to mis some of the print off the stickers. I know its not my printer as I had just used the 25mm stickers and they printed out fine, no issues.
I got in touch with AA labels as I felt there was something wrong with the alignment and I couldn't use the stickers I ordered. After 7 Working days of the customer service team asking for photo evidence, asking how many sheets were left (25 of 29 left), along with their server breaking meaning my complaint log was lost and had to be re-issued, they have said that they cannot offer a refund as they see no problems with the stickers at their end.
I am a new customer and shocked that even after showing photo evidence that the photo sheets were unprintable and the fact there was only 4 sheets used from a order of 29, that they cannot offer a refund. I cannot use these stickers because the alignments are off and I had to use another supplier which I then had no issues printing the stickers.
I would just be cautious using AA labels as if the labels are not aligned correctly your print will be off and you will not be offered a refund because as they put it ( you have opened and used the stickers).
