I really should have read these reviews before signing up, 3 years we have had to pay for these trackers without being allowed to end the agreement. We have finally paid the last payment and they are now telling me I should have read the small print as I now owe them £80 per tracker unless I return them. The units we were told couldn’t be installed under metal so were useless on our machinery. They got ripped off and one vehicle written off with it. Apparently I should have claimed through my insurance for the tracker!!!

Please read all these reviews and don’t sign up, terms and conditions hidden and not clear on sign up, extremely rude and belittling staff on the phone and trackers unfit for usage.

They will then respond with ‘ I’m sorry as we pride ourselves on customer service ‘ you don’t at all, you have no customer service and it’s all a big scam that people don’t realise what they are getting into.

Please do not make the same mistake many of us others have made a stay well clear!

We have a fleet of vehicles all requiring trackers - system is easy to use and visually easy to follow - easy to switch devices between cars and also great for mileage capture (business and private)

Its so nice to speak to a person on the phone who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Solved my query in minutes.

Good service and trackers are bang on. For the price I’d definitely recommend

I contacted customer support regarding one vehicle and Jessica kindly advised on some others that were having issues (some our issues!) She was proactive, polite and friendly. Very prompt response from the online chat too.

The transfer from Movolytics to ABAX was seamless, all done remote and no interuption to the service

Buggered me to get the trackers soon as they arrived no one wanted to help to activate or help fit

Atrocious customer service. Avoid like the plague and use So Trak!

I have worked with Abax UK in 2 different companies and both times have been a fantastic experience.
For our business needs, Abax UK has proven time and time again an essential tool.
Today we were reminded again how useful the tool is when one of our vehicles was stolen, we were able to direct the police to its location.
With the full support from Matthew Meadow who has gone above and beyond to ensure we get the best use of the trackers and its capability.

Trackers are superb

Abax initially reached out to us via social media. As a company committed to exploring innovative and evolving technologies that keep us ahead in our industry, we were open to learning more. Our director asked me to investigate what Abax had to offer, which led me to connect with Dale.

From our first interaction, Dale has been informative, responsive, personable, and a fantastic ambassador for Abax. We've had multiple interactions, including emails, video calls, and face-to-face meetings, and at every stage, Dale and the team have been quick to respond, consistently knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.

We're genuinely excited to have integrated Abax into our tool system and would highly recommend both the platform and the excellent support we received from Dale.

I would expect better interface to make user experience easier. Tracking old data in app is struggling and total data info like milage and working hours need improving.. and of the day data might be add fir each day..

Easy setup of trackers. Simple system to use.

Horrendous and corrupt company. Customer service is appalling beyond belief. Never do what they say they will. Their invoices do not match what we have been charged but when you query this they do not give a satisfactory response or even one that makes sense. The hardware has been faulty and never replaced yet if not returned when cancelling the contract they want to charge £80 for each device! Daylight robbery for a whole contract! Avoid, the positive reviews are definitely fake!!!!!!

Really poor costumer service and renew the contact without been contact for next 12 month. all good reviews are fake stay away for ABAX.
