Western Canada …
Went to Western Canada on a self drive trip with partner & teenage children. Yvonne was always helpful, very quick to reply to any queries & equally quick to resolve any changes I requested. The trip went very well, thanks to Yvonne's planning & hotel recommendations.

Very efficient service. Kate recommended what appears to be a very good family friendly hotel. She was very knowledgeable about the resort and completed the booking very quickly.

Abbey travel day trip to Faversham and Whitstable
We had a lovely journey down to Faversham the driver was absolutely brilliant great drive nothing was to much trouble we then got back on coach for a quick hop to Whitstable where we let of in the town near the harbour letting us know what time to be picked up even though there were only six people on the coach it was brilliant thank you.

Very helpful travel consultant made booking easy
Joanna C was very helpful and booking with her was very easy.
She was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
I more or less knew what we needed (or I thought I did) but she advised us on things we hadn’t thought of and made sure to get the best deal for us, even if our requirements were a bit specific.
