Ordered swivel racks. 2 months later recieved 2 compacts. AFter numerous emails I sent them back and still have not received my racks. One excuse after another this was in mid October 2021. They made sure they got my money. Filed a report with the federal trade commission. Scammers.
This site doesn't even deserve a one star rating. I ordered 2 lamp posts and received 2 bookmarks. I emailed them asking for a full refund and they wanted me to return the bookmarks first. I refused and told them it was their fault so they weren't getting them back until I got my money back. They kept emailing me back with different amounts of refunds which I wouldn't accept. I told them they were scammers and if they don't give me all my money back I was going to contact my bank and have their site investigated and warn people they are scammers and I will carry on emailing them until I get my money back. They wrote back telling me not to do it and they will issue my full refund. After about 3weeks of sending emails backwards and forwards I got my refund back. The exact same thing happened to my daughter when she got bookmarks instead of lamp posts, she stuck with it and got her money back and she did report them to someone who is investigating them. And no, we didn't return the bookmarks.
Whatever you do please don’t be tempted to buying anything from this website.it popped up on Facebook advertising a Xmas lantern which looked amazing for around £15 when I ordered it it showed up was from china which gave me doubts straight away then two weeks later a cheap tacky scarf came through post worth about 50p so I contacted PayPal got full refund.to start with zhiyuan trading company offered me £11 partial refund which I declined so luckily PayPal sorted it.avoid at all costs however tempted you are.sadly have to give them one star rating would have been minus 1
Can’t give zero stars. Ordered 2 Christmas lanterns. When I would check the shipping email they sent, stated results not found. Contacted them and was sent something in Chinese I couldn’t read. The response email claimed my items were delivered when they weren’t.
Ordered a Christmas lamp post. Received a bookmark. Cost me £7.00 to return it for refund. Was refunded money for lamp post but not P&P as they said I would be! So I spent £7.00 and have nothing, whilst they get their bookmark back and lose nothing. Cheating B******s!
