I too have had the same experience as many of you with this company. I would like to ask is anyone has successfully reported this company to the Chinese government? Or received any money back?

Terrible customer service I have been waiting on an order which doyuer say has been delivered. I have informed them this is not the case. Keep getting the same response to my email basically saying I need to take it up with the delivery company as it them at fault and refuse to do anything about it and won’t take responsibility. Really poor service every email I send comes back With the same response. Do not buy from these scammers.

I ordered a blow up bed which i saw on fb last year still waiting for it to come even they keep saying they have delivered it but nothing has come i wont be ordering from them again

I ordered a realistic dog from there and the dog came it was a dog that I can get from the pound shop. I literally can’t believe it. That realistic dog was for my new born son man. How disgraceful are they. They keep giving me offers. The first one was £2 back in refund. And then today they have put it up to £5. I have been wanting my refund now for over a month. I’m just going to take this to court. Because I want the company shut down for good so they don’t scam no one again😡😡

This is a fraud company . They are sending cheap items what they have and getting our money. When we contact them they are giving so many excuses and refusing to give money back.dont know to whom we need to complain about this?

I have ordered Square Black Multi-Layer kitchen self and received totally different product after month of waiting. I will try to get my money back now!

If I could give this company minus stars I would! I purchased an air bed over 4 months ago, they sent me a disgusting excuse of a product which was not what I ordered. They did not send me any message to say my product was out of stock. I have been in contact for 4 months now and they have send my out a new tracking number. 30 days have now gone by and it says the number cannot be tracked. RUBBISH COMPANY! SCAMMERS!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I wouldn't even give them a 1star,total scam.You order, pay your money and never see anything you ordered.They send you a little trinket to appease you and that's the last you hear from them.Disgraceful should be taken down.

They've comned my 81 year old mum. Cheap green plastic trays rather than the storage racks she wanted. Told her it's if the same value and there's no refunds.

Very disappointed and disgusted at the company. I personally believe this company website should be taken down.. After stealing all there customers money, and sending them crap

This company should be investigated its a con!!they send you a completely different item nothing but plastic rubbish don't buy from these scammers.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as my item is nothing like what is advertised just a very cheap copy which will probably fall apart very soon

One star is too much for this company they also sent me the green load of rubbish and I am now £30 short
I paid PayPal they offered me half the money back I declined and they have now ended my claim this is totally disgusting and I am in the process of contacting trading standards.
I was led to believe paypal protect you in these cases

I can only echo what other people have said they advertised on facebook a metal swivle veg rack and they sent me a plastic green piece of rubbish they dont reply to emails it's a complete scam waste of money

I ordered a four basket, white, movable, square kitchen rack for vegetables etc and got a tiny green three oblong plastic static rack which would only be suitable for small envelopes. I wish I could post photos on here to show you. I have posted on Facebook

This company is a con. What you see is not what they send out. I BOUGHT A KITCHEN RACK ADN THEY SENT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEM. I REQUEST ALL NOT TO BUY FROM THSI COMPANY. this is a scam, loads of people have ordered storage units and received a bit of cheap green plastic bearing no resemblance to the item ordered. There may be some protection if you paid via paypal, i'm currently going through the process.

I would not buy from this company again order two dogs which was buy one get one free the dogs ain't like it showed on advert and does nothing it's suppose to do all it does is yaps x
