I love you love you love you ABC Homepathy!! Easy to find product, order it and pay for it by either credit card of Paypal. What I order I get in 2 to 3 days. I love ABC Homeopathy, they have many remedies that aren't available elsewhere and so many different potencies as well. I very much appreciate the inexpensive shipping cost, although it can take quite a while to receive one's order.

NO DELIVERY OF ORDER
I recently ordered, on December 3rd 2018, some Homeopathic medicines but have not got the package yet. My order no.189726 dated 2018-12-03. At first I got 2 mails from them informing me about dispatch. But now they are not answering my email thru their site. They have my phone number also. I want to cancel the order but don't no whether I will get back my money.
Abc homeopathy do not have a phone number to contact also.

I am sorry that we did not get back to you sooner. We have been awaiting a reply from USPS (see below). We should have responded to you sooner, to let you know that we had received your email and were acting on it. I can only apologise for this oversight.
For anyone else reading this review, what happened is that USPS carted your order all the way across the country, to a sorting centre in your state, and then they shipped it all the way back to us. We then asked you to confirm your address, which you did. We then tried again to ship your order. Again USPS got it to your state sorting centre and then shipped it all the way back to us. As a result of our query to them, after your query to us, they have initiated an investigation.
I can appreciate how frustrating this has been for you. I can assure you, it's been frustrating for us too. Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of communication.

Unfortunately, we don't get any information from Trustpilot that could help us trace your order to see why it was so slow.
Items that need to be shipped to the USA from Canada can take up 2 weeks but we do say this on the store pages. Other reasons for delays include public holidays (some labs take the Friday after Thanksgiving off too), but again, we are upfront about this in the store pages.
If that doesn't cover it, please give me your order number (either here or through https://abchomeopathy.com/contact.php) and I'll look into it.
