Sometimes I get what I order right…
Sometimes I get what I order right away, other times it takes way to long. My order will say 'pending' for 3 weeks and when I ask about it it gets sent within the week. I'm thinking of seeing if I can find the remedies elsewhere. I have also just not received part of an order, when I ask about it, it gets fixed, but it isn't convenient.

Excellent selection and service
My experience with ABC Homeopathy has been excellent. They have remedies that I cannot find other places and nearly always have the remedies I'm looking for. One thing that impresses me tremendously is the variety of potencies available. Many of the low potencies offered are not available anywhere that I'm aware of.
Prices are comparable and shipping has been on time. I'm completely satisfied with them.

The Hylands & Standard Lab asked you to call because they prefer to speak to customers for returns, rather than arrange it over email.
They do this because they need to know the reason for the return and to make sure you are aware of the 20% restocking fee, as well as ensuring you have the correct address to ship it to. In the past we have had packages go back to the wrong facility.
However, as our current system evidently left you unsatisfied we will review the arrangements we have in place.
