Ordered Weber grill

Ordered Weber grill, great experience from start to finish. Ensured quick delivery ahead of bank holiday weekend. When I had an issue with one of the grill plates the team acted quickly sending a replacement even though Weber didn’t have one going out of their well. I would definitely recommend Bell.

Weber GBS wok, steamer & griddle

Having just purchased a new Weber genesis gas BBQ, I wanted a couple of extra accessories to swop out for the standard griddle plate and A.Bel had both bits I wanted, in stock at competitive pricing with free delivery .
Great website, easy to navigate and arrived as promised..

Damaged delivery

Ordered a bbq from this site. It arrived promptly but damaged. It was an expensive purchase so I was surprised at it arriving like it has. From photos Gemini says the damage means it’s not usable and will lead to very fast rust. I’ve emailed customer services and will update here how that goes.

Still awaiting delivery from Evri

Still awaiting delivery from Evri. Evri are a terrible delivery service and will cost you customers if you insist using them.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration regarding the delay with Evri.

To clarify the timeline, your order was placed on Wednesday and dispatched the very same day using our advertised 2–3 day delivery service. Tracking information shows that a delivery attempt was made on Saturday, and a further attempt was due to take place today (Monday).

You first contacted us on Friday to chase the delivery, and again on Sunday before leaving this review. Unfortunately, despite the attempted delivery, the consignment has now been returned by the courier. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we have already arranged and dispatched a replacement order.

Whilst we appreciate your dissatisfaction with the courier service, we do feel a 1-star review is somewhat harsh given that the order was processed and dispatched promptly from our side, and the issue occurred during transit with the carrier rather than with the service we provided directly.

We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and hope your replacement order arrives without any further issues.

Great experience, delivery and service

Very good online shopping, delivery and customer helpline support. I ordered a new pellet grill and it was delivered punctually despite bank holidays. A bit more comms on delivery would have been been even better.
