I came across Abelstedt while searching for a special birthday gift for my sister. She’s quite picky with jewellery, so I wanted something that felt elegant and timeless, but still had personality. I ended up choosing one of their classic rings, and it honestly exceeded my expectations! The packaging alone felt super luxurious, and the ring itself sparkled beautifully. She was absolutely over the moon.
Shipping was also fast and reliable, and the customer service was kind when I had a question about sizing. I’ll definitely be coming back for Christmas gifts this year!

Wonderful customer service
My ring lost a stone, and I got an immediate response from customer service, who sent out a brand new ring without needing me to return the old one. Wonderful customer service. Very beautiful rings — I highly recommend them!

Very good customer service. I was unlucky that I ordered the ring just before Easter, and the transport company didn't handle it well at all. I ordered on April 16th and received the ring on April 30th. But Abelstedt did everything and more to compensate for this. Highly recommended!

Package delivered to service point but no message which service point. After contacting customer service they helped me very quickly and i received the package.

Despite the extended delivery time, I am very happy with the quality of the product. I ordered a knot ring, and it arrived in beautiful packaging—a pouch and a box. The quality of the ring is excellent. It sparkles and shines just like in the pictures. The size fits perfectly, and the design looks very stylish.
