Moving to a new build and wanted to order blinds. Visited the showroom prior and called in regards an appointment. Called a spoke with a very rude and unprofessional lady who said her name was Lesley whose was rude and will go elsewhere

Got a very reasonable quote which was valid for 3 months. Installation went smoothly & did not take very long for fitter to put up 6 blinds. Very happy with service. Happy to recommend this company.

Very easy to deal with , helpful and honest. Carried out installation of our shutter blinds quickly without disruption or inconvenience to ourselves. Highly recommend

I was really happy with the wooden blinds I ordered for my bedroom so had no hesitation to arrange further blinds for 2 large dining room windows, opted for the darker wood which is beautiful, also so happy with the perfect fit blind on the hallway window, matched my woodwork perfectly, plenty samples provided to choose from. Definitely recommend this company for professionalism and quality goods

Although more expensive than doing it yourself, I loved the hands off experience. A quick measure and it was pretty much done.
The measuring appointment was fast, but I was able to ask lots of questions and they have a an abundance of choice which is amazing.
The fitting of the blinds was so fast but it took so much pressure off trying to get it right. The fitters done a great job and I absolutely love my blinds.
Great experience, great choice, no pressure, no stress and an absolutely fabulous finish.
It may be more expensive but it was well worth it

Great service from start to finish would recommend to family and friends

I booked an online appointment with Aberdeen Blind Company for 6 October, between 09:00 and 12:00. nobody showed up and I received no call, no message, and no apology or explanation.
This is very unprofessional. If an appointment cannot be met, the company should at least contact the customer to reschedule — not leave them waiting as though the booking means nothing, or not take bookings online if they cannot honour them.
I’m now left wondering whether this is a reliable company at all, and I would caution others before trusting them with a scheduled visit. I contacted them and notified them that they had failed to turn up but there was no reply and had to leave a message.

The company finally telephoned this afternoon (6th) after completely failing to attend the agreed appointment. They claimed they had tried to contact us on Friday to re-schedule. This is simply not true. We were at home all day Friday, the phone was on, and no call, voicemail, text, or email was received.
Trying to cover a no-show by saying they “tried to contact us” when they clearly did not only makes the situation worse. It shows a lack of honesty as well as poor organisation. Customers deserve straightforward communication and reliability — both were missing here

We contacted Grampian Blinds who did telephone to confirm appointment, far superior customer service.

Ordered some blinds for my living room very happy with the end result the sales team very friendly and helpful the fitter very professional so happy with end result I ordered more blinds for the rest of the house

We were delighted with our blinds and service provided. This is the third time we have used Aberdeen Blind Company and we have always been very pleased with the service received and the product.

Can't praise this company enough. From measurement to completion, the service was excellent! We're really pleased with our vertical & roller blinds. The fitters were a couple of really nice lads.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Poor attitude and lack of care. I have so far managed to convince two people not to use this company. They don't care once they have your money. The order took weeks longer than expected. I ordered three sets of 'Perfect Fit' blinds - I was told that they were easy to remove, so I could actually clean the whole of the inside of my windows. The Polish guy who fitted them tried to demonstrate taking them out, and he struggled, saying, 'It's maybe not that easy after all...!!!". I ordered a roller blind for my bedroom. I WASN'T told that it would have to be fitted to a totally different part of the window, therefore my original one would have left 3 gaping holes in my wall, and forced me to decorate. I asked for a refund on the roller blind; was told by (Alison) that the manager might consider offering me a 50% refund. She come back and said I would be getting zero....then she ridiculously said, "Well maybe you can sell it to one of your neighbours", and laughed! I was outraged at the time, and I still am several months later. This review is late due to illness, but I feel so strongly about this lack of care and customer service that I felt compelled to write this factual review. Do not use these people!!!
