Horrible Merchandise!!
I ordered 2 tee shirts, one a Le Chiam and the second a vee neck Chi "To Life". When I opened the package, I was immediately appalled--the vee neck shirt was almost completely sewn inside out...in other words, the unfinished seams are on the outside of the shirt!! Unbelievable!! I immediately emailed them, and sent along 4 detailed photos of the sholirt, clearly showing the horrible sewing errors! I demanded my money back for that shirt. Imagine my surprise when, a few hours later I received an email informing me that upon review by the warehouse, they would not refund my money because they shipped what I ordered! But as a matter of good faith, would I be ok with a $4.00 refund! You can imagine my response. Buyer definitely beware...THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! Wish I could upload the photos!
Polyester Shirt
I agree with some of the reviews. Says it's coming from Spain. I can't believe Spain would produce material like the one I got. More like China material. The website says part cotton, no way. It's polyester. No tags indicating washing instruments nor a tag for what material it is. I couldn't wait to get my Outlander shirt. So disappointed.

On 12/28/2024 I was attempting to order a shirt for $29. At the end of the order I attempted to pay with CC & it came up as a PayPal account WHICH I NEVER OPENED, NEVER WANTED & DON'T NEED. PLUS THE PRICE CHARGED $44, & NO WAY TO GO BACK & CANCEL ORDER. I've tried several times & can't get ahold of anyone in any of the ways they've suggested. They say the return policy is 15 days & I haven't even received the product or been able to talk to anyone.
Scam-Overcharged & Items Not Received
Ordered 3 items through website on 12/18/24. I got a receipt for 1 amount. My credit card was charged almost $18 more. I disputed and got a refund. Support told me it was a system error. Tracking info said coming from Spain. Then tracking info changed to China. As of 1/6/25 items indicated to still be in customs. The next thing you know the info is updated to reflect the package miraculously in my mailbox in New Jersey 5 hours later. I received no package. Tracking number is not even a valid USPS tracking number. Have been emailing back and forth with support. They refuse to refund saying package was delivered. Moral of story..don’t order from pop up websites you never heard of!!!

On November 10th, we ordered 2 T-shirts to be used for Thanksgiving day (or before). Thanksgiving was in 18 days, so with the fast service (implies fast delivery) promise, we thought no problem. We received 1 shirt the day before Thanksgiving (17 days from initial order), and the second shirt was received one week later (a week after thanksgiving). Originally the first shirt appeared to originate from Ireland, and the tracking info showed slow movement through customs. Then a different tracking number shows it coming from China and going through customs there. Once it hit the US though, it only took a day being routed through Chicago. We did try to cancel the order on November 21, since it appeared that receipt by Thanksgiving was impossible. They replied it would be impossible to cancel because they had been shipped.
After receiving one shirt we notified the company, and then was informed there were in fact 2 shipments, and got a second tracking number. This tracking information shows that the second shirt was shipped after we had tried to cancel the order. This shirt came from China.
This was not fast service.
Fast Refund
We were initial overcharged for our shirts by 8 dollars. They did promptly refund the overcharge. However, in order to get a refund for the now unwanted shirt, we are required to ship the shirt at our expense back to China, which they say is very expensive. So no fast refund here, so I am not really sure what they expect.
Customer Service
Although the icon on the web site implies being able to call someone, that is not the case. They only provide an email, and since apparently the company is somewhere overseas, the response is an overnight one. So it takes a full day to get a response from them via email, which is slow communications. They did apologize for logistical problems, etc., but this slow response should be a known thing, especially coming from overseas (which is not mentioned on their web site), and they should not be advertising fast service, if they don't have fast service.
We have not opened the second package, however the first shirt really was not of great quality, but it was worn for Thanksgiving.
The current situation is that the charge for one shirt is in dispute with Visa, along with half the shipping charge. The company is requesting me to ship the shirt back to China distribution for the refund, and refuses to provide a pre-paid mailing label. The second package is yet unopened.
There are some positive reviews for this company, and maybe if you are not in a hurry for the shirt, they may be ok. But you may want to set your expectations accordingly.
